Situation idéale pour la moitié nord de l'ile
Communication et échanges très faciles avec le gérant immobilier et le contact sur place ( watts app indispensable). Appartement exactement conforme aux photos, propre, confortable et très bien équipé et sécurisé avec place de parking. Probablement calme en dehors des périodes de travaux dans la résidence ( ce qui fut le cas pour nous-> seul bemol). Pas de vue mer et vis à vis, mais accès mer à 50 mètres. Agréable séjour conforme à l'annonce.
