"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"Thank you for your kindness and stellar customer service, i book a room for my brother there because he got into an accident and loss all his belonging in the process. He showed with only his ID and the staff were very kind and accomodating to him although the reservation didnt show up on their system right away they gave him a room until they found it. The room was clean and beautiful. Thank you for not prejudging him Amazing experience, thank you again"
