"Just as pictured, the studio looks out onto a large grassy area bordered by trees. Inside, the space is open without being exposed. It is thoughtfully appointed, well-stocked and set up to prepare food or eat take-out on the deck ( we would have but it was chilly and kind of rainy). The hosts are really responsive and very kind. When the power went out for a few hours, they showed up with water and a flashlight. Two of us and two dogs moved comfortably in the studio ( which is totally set up to accommodate a dog) , and the dogs spent a lot of time watching the wild turkeys and other wildlife that wandered through the grass. For being just 15 minutes from downtown Roseburg, it felt like someone let us in on a well-kept secret! We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend that anyone coming to stay in Roseburg skip the hotels and treat yourself to a few days at this place."

"Clean. Quiet. Great customer services and wonderful view of the river. Indoor pool and hot tub def a bonus. A must stay if you're coming through Roseburg. "

"Economical room, but it had great toiletries, the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in in years, and the staff was friendly and helpful from check in and check out. Great shpwer with good water pressure and close to town amenities. I would highly recommend this as an overnight stop on a longer trip, or as a place to stay when you're enjoying the town. "

"Very easy to check in online. Staff was very pleasant and had keys ready when we arrived. Older building but was very clean. Minor problems with a loose tap . Some towels need to be replaced as they very very rough and thin. Not very white ( grey looking) ."

"A wonderful stay in wooded area. There is no cell service however it has wifi and it works great.Locked gate at driveway entrance so has absolute privacy. On top of included breakfast (assembly required) they also had tons of extras available for purchase.Beautiful property, spacious house, and a very quiet area"

"Love this location. Easy access from interstate, walkable for dining. Thick fluffy bath towels, firm, but not too firm bed, adequate breakfast. We’ve stayed here previously and will most likely stay again in the future. Excellent value."
