Perfect getaway atop a hill just between Canyon Lake and the Guadalupe River. Three-story home has a bedroom and balcony on each floor, watch the sun settong over the valley. Spacious Kitchen with everything you'll need for group dinners. Upstairs loft with games, card table, shuffle board. 1 mile to the lake, minutes from Whitewater Amphitheater, tubing, Jellystone Park and more! Bed 1 on the first floor has a Queen bed & private bath with direct access to a private balcony; Bed 2 is located on the second floor along with the Kitchen and Family Room, and has a King Bed & Private Bath with direct access to a shared balcony; Bed 3 is on the third floor with a Twin over Twin Trundle. The Family Room has a sleeper sofa, and the upstairs loft has two Twins & Futon.

The best view!
Our group of friends have stayed at this same house 2 different times now! The house is perfect for small group of people and has a great layout. The best part in our opinion is the huge balcony with the most beautiful views!! We spent the majority of our time outside soaking it all in. Will definitely be back!

Outstanding property, house was bigger and better than I expected. Great amenities for all ages. Lakes a few minutes away and new braunfels is about 25 minutes away. Definitely coming back and also recommend this property. Only regret was I wish I could’ve booked for a little longer. Thanks for everything Kelly!!

It has amazing views from 3 different decks, beds were awesome and adjustable firmness settings, shower was huge and so was the tub!! Very clean house and hubby loved the shuffleboard table. Lots of space for friends and family. Definitely made my wedding weekend GREAT!!

Sizzling temperatures, but the AC worked great and there is a great deal of things to do in the area from tubing down the Guadalupe to boating swimming in the lake. Gruen is close by and lots of activities within 20 minutes of the property. i

I rented this home for a bachelorette weekend, and it worked out great. There were lots of pots and pans, baking dishes, utensils, cups, plates, and bowls to choose from. As well as a good amount of seasonings. We cooked, so this was great for us. The view was wonderful, and there was a perfect amount of space (10 of us). The drive way is super steep (downhill), but once you’re over the shock of it, it’s not so bad. We had a little issue with some loose wood on the cabinets above the microwave, but after we left it alone, everything was fine. This was a great place to stay, and we felt safe the entire time. Would recommend

Lovely home near everything
Spacious clean home. We really enjoyed it. Multiple decks for hanging out. Large table and kitchen for meals. Hot water was great. Traffic noise was bothersome from time to time. Would definitely stay again. Enough room to spread out but also nice areas to be as a family.

Comfortable and beautiful home with gorgeous views
We were in town for my daughter's wedding and my family rented this home together instead of getting hotel rooms. It was so beautiful and the view from the 3 decks was breathtaking. It's close enough to the lake, the rivers and Gruene, so there is plenty to do close by. It was perfect!
