There's a reason it's named Texas Rose as this beautiful 2,900 square foot home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

This gorgeous waterfront property features a spacious living room with a large sectional, HDTV, and incredible Canyon Lake views via the large panel windows. Just off the living room is a quaint area where you'll find a cute breakfast table which serves as a great way to start the day. Just past the living area, you'll find the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and all of the cooking and dining essentials. The large dining table seats up to 8 but if you need additional seating, right behind the dining table is an island with extra seating.

The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and TV. The bathroom features plenty of counter space and a walk-in shower. Bedroom number 2 includes 2 queen-size beds, a cute love seat, and a TV. The second bathroom is a full bathroom as well and features a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom includes a queen-size bed while the fourth bedroom offers 1 full-size bed and 1 queen bed. There's no shortage of sleeping quarters in this home! You'll also find a third full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The downstairs game room features a pool table, foosball, and more, making it a hard place to leave! There's also a full laundry room with a washer and dryer available for guest use.

Really enjoyed this property!
Stunning view, very well maintained property! For a rental it has a great selection of pans and utensils, that made my heart happy. This home is set up great for family's that love to cook dinner and eat around the table together or the fire pit!with a little down hill walk you can get some fishing or swimming in! Game room was a hit for the kids when they were done fishing! Highly recommended and would stay again! Beware lots of stairs may be harder on older groups, I myself enjoyed it!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we need to enjoy our long weekend. The view of the lake was mesmerizing and enchanting. The balcony was a perfect place to read a book or enjoy the view.

View was outstanding, loved the deck, deer were amazing, plenty of room for all family(11), kitchen was well equipped. Only suggestion is to have the floors mopped & cleaned really well( not just vacuumed).

The house is very lovely with a great view. Our group was older and it would have been nice to know that there were no bedrooms on the main level. That was an issue for us as some of us were unable to navigate the stairs to the bedrooms..

We enjoyed the view! The walk down to the lake was nice, lots of wildlife! The Deer where everywhere! We had some issues with all the stairs, we had older folks and kids! The house was beautiful!

Definitely going to keep this saved as a favorite. Had a nice time swimming, cooking and feeding deer out of my hand while sitting by the fire. The cove is a little bit of an ecosystem with snakes and turtles but with tubes that have netting at the bottom you’re fine. Wonderful town and amenities!

This house provided everything we needed to accommodate our family of 11! The games downstairs provided lots of entertainment! The view is beautiful and we enjoyed mornings and evenings around the fire pit while feeding deer. We will definitely be back and share with others!

Daughter’s Wedding
This wonderful home was close to the venue for our daughter’s wedding. Through all the hectic activities of a wedding weekend, it was nice to be able to come back and relax at this house, with its beautiful views, fire pit, and game room. The surrounding area was quiet and relaxing. As we sat on the deck, we especially enjoyed the periodic sighting of “nature” wandering by. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. (There are lots of stairs/steps and levels, so if there are children or concerns with this, be alert.). We loved this home and location and highly recommend it!

Great place for a family stay.
Great place, my family loved it! Looked even better in person than it did in the pictures or video. My only concern is that it wasn't accessible for my elderly parents due to the stairs; they had to stay on the main floor and sleep in the living room. Also had some issues with temperature regulation. The temperature on the top floor was too hot and it was difficult to sleep. We tried adjusting it too a cooler temperature, but it would go back to being too hot. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Nice vacation stay
We had a great stay for our group of 10 people. The view of the lake from the living room was gorgeous and the room layouts accommodated our group perfectly with lots of space to enjoy. However, I do suggest the unit supply more silverware (mainly forks & spoons). We didn't have enough for our entire group for just one meal and had to go buy some plastic cutlery so we didn't have to rewash forks and/or spoons after every meal. Also, we found a small dead roach on top of one of the plates in the cupboard. Bugs happen but perhaps a bit more attention to the cleaning. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Enjoyable Easter Getaway
What a great weekend, there were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own room, comfy beds, the house was clean and the view was beautiful. The walkway to the lake was an uphill hike coming back, too much for some of our older family members, but there is a boat ramp with public parking just around the corner, so we accessed the lake from there and enjoyed playing in the water. We didn't find the deer corn can on the porch until after we purchased a big bag ourselves, so your can is replenished now, LOL! The kids loved feeding the deer. I can't think of anything more we could have asked for or expected, it was a perfect weekend. Thank you for sharing your home!

Weekend Getaway
We had a weekend getaway before start of school. The house was great! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The backyard access to the lake was a short walk from the house. We were able to fish and go into the lake to cool off. It was very peaceful. There were numerous deer in the neighborhood! It was fun to see them in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc... We had an issue with the tv and the management team was responsive in returning our calls. The local marina was very close to the house. We were able to rent a boat for a few hours. Overall, the house was perfect! We would definitely return again!
