Start thinking about your home for the holidays to escape the winter cold! Book Stone Ridge Retreat for a getaway the whole family can enjoy! This gorgeous home comfortably hosts up to 12 guests with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The inside of the home is a sight to behold. Enjoy the spacious living area with ample seating and a large TV. The open concept layout continues with the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need when you want a break from eating out. The island also provides additional seating for your group. Adjacent to the kitchen is a kid's nook, too! Near the living area you'll find a half bath.

Downstairs is where you'll find the master suite which includes a king-size bed, large wall-mounted TV, and attached beautiful full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a game nook as well as twin bed and trundle (the room is not fully walled). Upstairs is where you'll find a spacious master bedroom complete with a king-size bed and private, attached bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are also upstairs and include a queen-size bed and wall-mounted TV. The third full bathroom can also be found upstairs. The sixth bedroom includes twin bunk beds. There is also a laundry room available for guest use.

If you get around to getting out and about on your trip Canyon Lake and the surrounding Texas Hill Country offer a wide variety of options for local flavored fun including river tubing, boating, water parks, festivals, breweries, wineries, and plenty of dining options in the area. Stone Ridge Retreat is located only minutes away from Canyon Lake Boat Ramp 21 at Potter's Creek if bringing your boat is part of the plan and there's plenty of room to park your boat at the house.

This is our 3rd time staying at this house & it never disappoints! Everything was awesome as usual :) Only 1 thing to note, there were 2 dirty pans in the warming tray of the oven. Otherwise 10/10

The accommodations were just what we needed for our group. We were in a place that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely!! We weren't really able to enjoy the pool, but it looked refreshing and well cared for.

Fun weekend getaway with friends!
This property was a perfect stay for a large group, mostly couples with small kids. Each couple had their own room and the place was spacious enough to accommodate. The only issue was the parking, they had strict rules about the number of vehicles which was challenging especially for folks coming from out of town. We recommend carpooling if you can.

Perfect for a weekend getaway
My girlfriends and I wanted a weekend getaway not too far from home and this was perfect! Went to Gruene Hall which isn’t far and also floated the river which was so fun! The pool was a huge hit also! Everything was super clean and we would love to go back!

The house is stunning. The kids play room was an absolute plus since we had two children in the group. The pool was probably the most superb feature for the stay. It was beyond relaxing. We would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect family getaway
We had a group of 11, including 5 kids 12 and under. This was the perfect set up for us! Plenty of bedrooms with spaces left over for play, games, pool time and a spot to sneak away if you need a quiet space to yourself. The kitchen is well stocked and the downstairs is awesome for gathering with lots of extra space. The hosts were accommodating and allowed for a seamless check in and check out. As a VRBO host myself I would highly recommend this home as no detail was left undone.

A/c was excellent, house was spacious, pool was nice. However when I pay such a high rental rate, I expect a better cared for home. Furnishings and decor were worn, dining table wobbly, and game table broken. The unfinished molding in kitchen and living as well as the broken ceiling candle wheel gave a ragtag look.

Nice house. Comfortable. Lots of room. Pool really nice. Playroom nice for kids. Couple of issues..occassional sewage smell on back porch and pool area. Sectional sofa not attached so moved and came apart when sitting. Large heavy game table top not attached to base. For 12 ppl, 5 nights not stocked well with bath towels, kitchen towels, trash bags etc.

3 generation family vacation
The property was great. Probably the best stocked vacation home we have stayed in. The pool was great we spent a lot of time in the pool. The little kids play den off the kitchen was wonderful my 2yr granddaughter loved the toys. Alot of nice touches. Only a few things negative.. 1. Thurs morning the strange guy in the back yard which we determined to be the pool guy...suggest you include that info in your welcome info. 2. We had a package delivered by Amazon and it was delivered to the mailbox which the management company did not have access to and the owner wasn't around. We were told deliveries weren't allowed... another thing that should be mentioned. 3. The driveway is not as big as it looks in the picture. You pack in front of the garage on the side. No access to the garage makes it difficult to bring everything in. We had a great family vacation and enjoyed the area. We would stay here again..the above items are just more of an FYI.

Filthy bedding and roaches That’s not all..
At arrival the property was immaculate and beautiful. After a few hours spent there we noticed a couple of the pool accessories were broken so we didn’t bother using them we later were charged for those broken pool accessories so make sure you check everything before you start enjoying your time so that you don’t get accused of breaking things that are already broken. Right before bedtime we noticed roaches in the kitchen and restrooms granted I understand the house is out in the country but I might myself have a home in the country and have ZERO ROACHES.. maybe something pesticide control could’ve kept under control. Thank God we took our own pillows because the linen was full of white stains which I sent to the phone number that texts you to check if everything is ok so they were fully aware. You’d think the linen would get washed thoroughly before the next guests arrive. Sad to say the cleaning supplies left to clean up an accident my son had after too much sun and snacks were horrible. I have a photo of my oldest son cleaning the accident yet we were also charged for that. We also have photos of roaches and stained linens. All that was sent was an apology for the filth not to mention being charged for some kind of pool umbrella being broken which was broken and not even able to be used when we arrived. Check everything before you are charged for broken items like we were. Check linens before laying in those beds.
