Summary:
Starlight Horizon is a community of 14 unique cabins. 13 of our Cabins are 3 bed, 2 bath and can sleep 7-8 per cabin. One of our Cabins is 1 bed, 1 bath with a private yard and hot tub (Cabin R).
This listing is for 3 of the cabins together (Cabin L + M + N).  
These cabins have been designed with bright finishes, a well-stocked kitchen, and eclectic furnishings for a luxurious yet charming feel.
Offering unique amenities including our sparkling pool, wood-burning fire pits, hammocks, terraces, and yard games located at the rear of the property.

The Space:
A mix of chic, contemporary and classic design. This home has everything a friendly traveler to the area could want. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping space, an awesome private patio & a short distance to all that Canyon Lake and the Hill Country has to offer. Whether you are looking for an amazing local stay or your newest favorite getaway, this home has it all.

The home has a private and large primary bath with a large walk in shower and oversized soaking tub. The bedrooms offer lux mattress with huge windows to watch a Texas sunset. There is even a large, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space next to the incredible patio area.

Canyon Lake is a dark skies community which offers incredible viewing opportunities for guests. That being said, at night it may be too dark for some to see without artificial light. We provide soft lighting around the community and flashlights in every cabin but we recommend you to bring your own if you plan to swim and explore at night.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire home to yourself! This is an event space, so feel free to have other guests join you in the cabin, or at the community areas as well, even if it is higher than 8 person. We are on a septic system, so if you do have extra guests, please be mindful not to use too much water too quickly.

The Neighborhood:
While at your stay, guests often enjoy floating the San Marcos River, wine tasting in Fredericksburg, Sailing on Canyon Lake, Taking in a concert at White Water Amphitheater, dancing in Gruene Hall, or getting splashed at Schlitterbahn Waterpark all within a short drive from the property.

Getting Around:
The property is only accessible by car. Driving is recommended, although Uber and Lyft are available for rides at the cabins.

Other Things to Note:
Starlight Horizon is a Dark Skies Community, so it is intentionally low lighting in order to see the stars. Flashlights are provided in your cabin for your safety and navigation.

Please note that if you decide to reserve multiple cabins for larger groups, they are not connected under the same roof. Each cabin is a standalone 3-bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms.


While the cabins at Starlight Horizon Canyon Lake can sleep up to 8 people total, it is most comfortable up to 7 due to the 4th bed in each cabin being either a sleeper sofa OR futon. For any additional questions regarding sleeping arrangements, please contact us directly
