This home provides a a relaxing retreat at Canyon Lake. Come enjoy your home away from home! Central location to concerts, tubing rivers. wineries, fun at the lake, shopping, restaurants and more. Gruene, New Braunfels, Fredericksburg, San Antonio and Austin are nearby.

We have plenty of space with the home sitting on 2 and a half fenced-in lots, plenty of room for parking in the back lot and under the carport for guests... The backyard deck and front patio overlooking Cranes Mill Marina make it a must. We have a Rainbow Play System for the kids, a tree swing, and plenty of seating for guests outside. There are picnic tables that make it great for entertaining. We provide a fire pit, BBQ grills (charcoal, wood, and gas), swing by the fire pit, hammock to enjoy, and overall a setting equipped for relaxation. Large oak trees throughout the property set the scene. While enjoying the outdoors is great, know you will be quite pleased with a clean well kept home made ready for our guests. The home has 4 bedrooms ( 3 kings, 1 queen). We also provide 2 queen-size air mattresses and 1 twin mattress for extra guests. The living room also offers a fold out couch with a queen size bed. 2 bedrooms are upstairs and 2 bedrooms are downstairs. There are 3 FULL baths and 2 large living areas with couches, stereos, TVs (Netflix, music and more), WiFi, etc. We also have a laundry room accessible for guests. We have one living area upstairs with an open floor plan to a full kitchen and dining area. The other downstairs living area has a bar, mini fridge, and sink that comes in great use while playing pool or fuse-ball. Lots of space with 2550 sq ft. We are within walking distance of County Boat ramp #8. less than a mile away with the neighborhood providing a peaceful scenery. Truly a Canyon Lake retreat indeed.

Great family getaway
The house is awesome! Plenty rooms for everyone. Entertainment for kids downstairs giving adults relaxing and meaningful time and conversation while observing the view on the lake. Awesome backyard with everything you need to enjoy it. Thank you to the host! I wish the lake was full as it used to be. But you can't complaint on the mother nature.

Nicely equipped home for a large family. Plenty of all the essentials towels, linens, cookware, and entertainment. We brought our pontoon boat and jet ski, there was plenty of secure parking for both. Highly recommend this VRBO for your family.

My family and I had the best time! This house was absolutely perfect for us! The house was great and the backyard was beautiful and the back back yard was incredible! We did smores in the firepit, kids had a blast with the big swing and the playground. The house was fully stocked with everything we might have needed. The owner told us about places close like restaurants and such. She couldn't have been more accomodating!!! Also replied back quickly if I had any questions!! Thanks so much Tracey! We had a blast!
