Canyon Lake visit
Nice, new, well appointed house. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. Lots to do in the area, and many attractions within easy driving distance.

Great family base camp
We have family that lives a short drive away on the west side of Canyon Lakes and this house provided an entertaining place to rev-up for the day and to wind down after a long day in the water. Manager was very easy to communicate with and the fooseball and Street Fighter arcade game were a plus!!

We loved the home.
Looking for a home at the lake can be tuff and very expensive. This place was perfect for us. The house was truly beautiful down to the last detail. Our sons 16th birthday was perfect. We were able to jet ski and float the river all within a few miles of this home.

Awesome Place
This was a cozy and very welcoming home for Labor Day Weekend and our first ever VRBO rental. Communication was excellent and the home was very nicely done and honestly the home was a perfect first time stay. Location is not bad, tons of deer around and not far from the lake at all. If you want to go to the river, a quick 20-30 min drive into Gruene is excellent drive. Thank you so much Brianna for a excellent home for our Family to perhaps start a new tradition in the Canyon Lake area.

The house was excellent. Very clean great yard.
We really loved the house! Loved having 2 living areas. Games were great. Down side neighborhood was not the greatest very disappointing. It appears to have a lots of old mobile homes with homes that needs lots of cleaning. Other than that we really loved the house but not the neighborhood.

Perfect house for our family, we were bummed that the cranes mill park fishing area was closed. Big reason why we picked this house since it was only a 5 min drive. But the house was clean and nice!

Family fun
Great stay & good communication with the owner. Cozy bedrooms and an open living area with plenty of room for board games, foosball, and relaxing. Our family of 5 (with 3 teenage boys) thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. The neighborhood was quiet & deer were walking around often. The house stayed cool and the drive to local places, as well as the lake was short (5-12 min). New Braunfels was about 25-30 min away, but actually felt shorter than that. Would definitely stay here again.

Lake Getaway!
Property is new, clean and is price right. The location is good, but the neighborhood is pretty run down, just a lot of older homes and unkept properties. But we spent our outdoor time at the lake and other establishments, so this worked out great for us!
