You won't believe this cozy, farmhouse/modern bungalow that is only one block from downtown! Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom on a shady corner lot. A short walk to your choice of several outstanding restaurants, a world famous coffee shop, beautiful boutiques, a great thrift store, an old-fashioned soda shop, a bookstore, a pastry shop and many other attractions. Canyon's town square hosts many activities including a farmer's market, movie night, parades, etc. All complete with many, yummy food trucks. Canyon is also the home of Palo Duro Canyon State park, the "Texas " outdoor musical , and West Texas A and M University.. A 20 minute drive gets you to Westgate Mall and surrounding shopping and dining. Visit Cadillac Ranch, The Big Texan Steak House,and Wonderland Amusement Park,and a zoo. Your hosts are life-long residents of Canyon.

Excited to return someday

The house is walking distance to the cutest shops and delicious restaurants in Canyon. The beds are comfy and the amenities are wonderful. We spent our days in the canyons and then had the best place to relax after some long days of hiking.

This bungalow was super cute, nicely decorated and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a great coffee shop and good restaurants. Driveway parking and outdoor private sitting area was a plus. Many thoughtful extras were provided.

**Amazing Stay with Thoughtful Touches!**

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much thought and care went into making it feel like a true home away from home. The Christmas decorations were absolutely charming and created such a festive and cozy atmosphere. The hosts went above and beyond with little touches like hot chocolate and popcorn waiting for us. Every detail, from the beautifully decorated space to the well-stocked kitchen, made our stay perfect. Excellent location for us to explore Palo Duro Canyon. Comfort!

Perfect setting (we loved the house and yard and neighborhood immediately). The inside was just as satisfying to enter and within a short span, we were relaxed on the couch. What a great location! Our walks took us downtown and through some neighborhoods and we enjoyed three of three local restaurants.

Simple perfection

The property was as described, recently updated and all necessities were available. My wife really enjoyed her hot tea in the special carafe. Very close to some excellent breakfast and dinner foods.
