You won't believe this cozy, farmhouse/modern bungalow that is only one block from downtown! Newly remodeled, 2-bedroom on a shady corner lot. A short walk to your choice of several outstanding restaurants, a world famous coffee shop, beautiful boutiques, a great thrift store, an old-fashioned soda shop, a bookstore, a pastry shop and many other attractions. Canyon's town square hosts many activities including a farmer's market, movie night, parades, etc. All complete with many, yummy food trucks. Canyon is also the home of Palo Duro Canyon State park, the "Texas " outdoor musical , and West Texas A and M University.. A 20 minute drive gets you to Westgate Mall and surrounding shopping and dining. Visit Cadillac Ranch, The Big Texan Steak House,and Wonderland Amusement Park,and a zoo. This bungalow was super cute, nicely decorated and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood and close to a great coffee shop and good restaurants. Driveway parking and outdoor private sitting area was a plus. Many thoughtful extras were provided.

Glenda thought of everything! The house was immaculate and was so cozy and comfortable. The location is close to many local restaurants and almost a straight shot to the Palo Duro canyon entrance.

This is an older home that has been very tastefully renovated. It is very comfortable. Glenda is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is in a nice, cute neighborhood with brick streets. It is very close to the downtown square where one could easily walk to shopping, food (Joe Taco), and a fabulous coffee shop (Palace Coffee). Every part of this stay was a good experience.

This location was amazing. The bungalow was well kept, clean, and comfortable. Host thoughtfully had small things that other places don't leave for guests... Coffee, creamer, popcorn, sundries. Location was easy access to everything from Amarillo to Palo Duro Canyon. Best VRBO experience ever!

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is charming with high end finishes and accessories. They went above and beyond on this one. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and the town square, which is just a few blocks away. It’s convenient to food and groceries. Couldn’t ask for a better deal. NSO weekend
Great location, love this property. Worked great for two moms traveling up for NSO. Our daughters stayed with us on Saturday evening after the weekend on campus was over. Might be a tight fit for 4 adults sharing one jack-n-jill bathroom but 2 moms and two daughters held up beautifully.

Glenda was a great host. It was perfect for going back and forth to watch our son play his games at WT. It was a 5 minute drive to campus and very close to the square as well. House was a good size with nice kitchen & backyard. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cosy house
We spent a few days at this beautiful house over Christmas and it was so cosy and warm and beautifully finished. The whole space just felt really cared for and we were so happy to spend lots of time in this house cooking and watching films on the huge TV. The king bed was so comfy too. We would definitely recommend this home. The old square was very quaint and just a 5 min walk away. We were staying in Canyon as we wanted to visit the Palo Duro Canyon, which was so close (a short drive) and really stunning.
