We had a great time in the state park enjoying various hiking trails. This was a great home with a splendid view of the canyon, the perfect place for us to unwind in the evenings. Kitchen was well equipped and all beds were comfortable. Ping pong and shuffleboard were also a bonus.

We stayed at this house the weekend our sons graduated from WT. it was a busy weekend and I wished we had more time to spend at this house. The view was just beautiful. The house was perfect and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. We will be planning another visit to Canyon just to stay at this house.

Breathtaking view of Palo Duro Canyon
The house has been wonderfully updated with huge windows that give you an amazing view of the canyon. Also there is a nice toasty hot tub on the patio and again, with canyon views. Wonderful property. Also, for anyone staying here, I heartily recommend the local mercantile - the Sad Monkey - for coffee, craft beer, and essential hiking and camping items.

Amazing views of the canyon and Milky Way!
Beautiful home situated on the cliffs overlooking Palo Duro Canyon with great outdoor spaces and all the inside comforts of home. Relax on the outdoor swing or hammock after a great day of hiking in the canyon. At night the skies turn to stars as you can relax in the hot tub. We will be back!

Stunning!
Our stay was too short. We flew in Friday night and left before dawn on Sunday. The house is perfect. The hot tub dissolved the 12 hours of travel quickly. The view from the picture window actually took my breath away. One small issue was quickly dealt with. Would highly recommend this house for anyone.

A great place for families!
We had the best stay at Cliffside. It was my family of 5 plus grandparents- there was plenty of room for everyone. We opted to stay in and cook our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The view is stunning and there are so many fun games for the kiddos and adults. The home was very clean and had all the essentials. Beds are comfy. This truly felt like a home away from home!

Four-Generation Spring Break Adventure
Description of "stunning canyon views" is an understatement!! We loved everything about the house and it was very comfortable for our family of eight people. The guest contact was very responsive and incredibly thoughtful. We appreciated all of his helpful info and restaurant recommendations, especially Green Chile Willy's chicken fried steak! If we return to the area we will definitely be hoping this house is available.

Awesome Place!
My spouse and I met our adult children to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house is just as described. Breathtaking views of the canyon and a facility that is top notch from top to bottom. Roomy, clean and pertinent instructions that are readily displayed to help the tenants. The hot tub was in perfect condition as well. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Family Game Night with a View!
My kids (10, 9, 5) loved all the games they had. They would wake up early before our trek into the canyon and play shuffleboard, fooseball, and ping pong with each other. The view was amazing and communication was great! Kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were very comfy. If you are looking for a family friendly space with games to entertain your kids..THIS IS IT!
