"Lovely setting, room was immaculate with a view of the lake and the formal gardens. We found the bed and pillows quite firm but cannot fault the accommodation. We ate in the castle view restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was fantastic and great cocktails which we thought were good value. Castle access is included in the stay but due to bed weather the castle and attractions did not open on the Sunday which was our plan for the day. Quite disappointed to have missed out. "

"What an amazing fined, a random decision for a couple of nights away for the new year. What a quirky place, fantastic staff amazing breakfast and there main menu all at great prices. Ciarian, went out of his way, service with a smile, along with Ben and the manager Thank you for a lovely stay highly recommend you and hopefully we will return in the summer. "

"The Ferry Boat is a lovely place to stay (the rooms were spacious, spotless and marvellously comfortable) with a welcoming bar and restaurant - we thoroughly enjoyed our stop over and would highly recommend it "
