"The shower and toilet (bathroom) were separate from the room. Both the room and bathroom had loud locks so you would disturb the other guests when going to the bathroom. The shower had no soap dish/shelf. The soap dispenser was broken, so no soap came out. The room was extremely hot and smelt of smoke. The sinks in the kitchen and bathroom were both tiny. "A really well kept house and property. Our room was large and bathroom was modern. It was very comfortable. Good wifi throughout. No breakfast option, but you can make use of the kitchen. The host communicated well. We were asked to make our full payment by bank transfer soon after booking. This may seem odd for people from some countries and cause for concern, but is apparently normal in Germany."

What we didn't like is that there wasn't anybody around to check you in and to keep an eye on the property; at the same time the front and back door are unlocked 24/7.
