"I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem"

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. Overall, highly...

"This hotel was a great choice for the price we paid, our studio was amazing and very clean. We arrived really late and it was so easy to access. Fribourg is a cute place not to be missed, thank you so much."
