Great for two households
The separate upstairs and downstairs units made it good for two households. We loved grilling on the deck. A great location close to Waynesville, the parkway and the river.

Mountain views
The check-in was very easy. We did call the management company regarding debris in the hot tub. This was handled immediately-the person who arrived was efficient and friendly. We did book last minute, so the property maintenance had not been aware to prepare the hot tub for guests. Beautiful views, nicely equipped kitchen. We look forward to future stays.

Nice home and amenities
Home was nice and the property manager was active in any responses. One thing to note — the downstairs was only accessible by the outside, there was no inner staircase between floors. It made our stay with family a little more separated, and because we stayed there when it was raining pretty hard, we’d often get wet going between floors where it was uncovered.
