"Lovely quiet area. We had all that we needed. I did see the picture of the rental, and on me that I didn’t consider the stairs to the apartment. We are 76-79 and when wet the stair were a bit scary for us."

"The house very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit was very clean and just like the photos. Check in was very simple and quick. The surrounding area was very quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. The only improvement i would suggest is the shower. There is an over 1 foot step up into the shower. Not bad on the way in but difficult on the way out. The handle on the wall helps. One step would solve the issue. Overall we loved it. "

"What a gem of property tucked in the woods! The 2 story apartment was fully stocked, clean and very comfortable. The layout of the guest suite, completely separate from the main residence, allowed for privacy and a relaxing getaway! Nate and Julie have made every effort to make sure your stay is perfect and hassle free. Will be back again as family lives in downtown Canton. Cheryl and Art"

"This was a great, cozy place for my wife and I to stay in Collinsville. The rooms were tastefully decorated, in great shape, updated, clean, and peppered with cute artwork based on the "when pigs can fly" theme that always brought a smile to my face when I found another one. "We made happy memories over a cold January weekend. We cooked together, sat around the fire, played games and dozed in comfortable beds with high quality linens. We enjoyed the view of the water and the twinkling lights on the property at night. The steam shower was divine. If you like cooking, bring good knives, a veggie peeler and good pans. Plenty of glassware and dishes and some cookware provided. "

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....
