Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.
Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.
Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.
Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners are put up in the property.
