Mayfield is a beautiful, recently refurbished property located in the small village of Tyler Hill, just a short distance of Canterbury City Centre. Sleeping up to six guests across four bedrooms, the property has been designed with comfort and practicality in mind. Also close to the University of Kent and The Tyler's Kiln Public House, you'll be perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxing retreat in the South East.
The Space:
A vibrant and welcoming property, Mayfield can comfortably accommodate up to six guests for a wonderful getaway in the South East of England.
At the beating heart of this property is the living room. Ideal for the perfect night in, the living room is fitted with a velvet sofa and flat screen TV. This space is the ideal place for quiet hours of relaxing.
Just behind the living space is the dining room which includes a modern style dining table and six comfortable chairs.
Dominating the kitchen are the smooth wooden cupboards, along with fine, granite worktops. The kitchen houses modern appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, and a toaster. You’ll also have all the cutlery and dinnerware you will need for your self-catering retreat.
You'll find all four bedrooms located on the first floor. Head to the master bedroom and you'll find a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. A TV, storage space, and a large wardrobe complete the space.
Also ideal for couples, the second room is also home to a double bed boasting the same handy amenities.
You’ll find two single bedrooms on the first floor too, ideal for children and teenagers, or those who want their own private space to relax.
There are two family bathrooms at Mayfield. The first floor bathroom features a bathtub, an overhead shower, WC and wash basin, whilst the ground floor bathroom is home to a shower, basin and WC.
Outside you will have access charcoal BBQ facilities, along with patio table & chairs and a covered bench.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Mayfield are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Private on-site parking is available for up to three vehicles.

A number of bus routes can be found throughout Canterbury so getting around the city and the South East could not be easier.
All of London’s airports can also be easily accessed from Canterbury, ideal for travellers visiting from overseas.
