"Great location!"

"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "

"Modern, very comfortable accommodation. Pleasant reception staff. Really handy location very close to railway station and city centre. Very nice breakfast room with a good choice of continental breakfast items, beautifully laid out. Only downside was very limited choice of cooked food - only sausages and (poorish) scrambled eggs."

"A very pleasant surprise to find a reasonably priced hotel that delivered on all fronts. Really helpful member of staff on our arrival ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Room e had was spacious even with 3 beds and everything was clean. Perfect for a 1 night stay."
