Casale S. Giovanni, a delightful villa with pool in Sabina, near Cantalupo, can comfortably accommodate 4 to 11 people and is part of an isolated property completely surrounded by trees. The Sabina hills lie in the heart of central Italy extending along the Tiber River to part of the city of Rome.
On the ground floor of the villa we find a beautiful and spacious living room with fireplace, a large dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a bathroom. Between themainstructureof the villa and the Tower we have a shaded patio where to enjoy your meals
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the Tower, we find another double bedroom with bathroom, and can be is accessed by a staircase from the garden and a separate entrance,
In the beautiful big garden we find a large pool with a terrace furnished with garden furniture and sunbeds

Holiday near Rome, but already totally in the country
Wonderful house with much atmosphere and a huge, lovely garden. We enjoyed the pool very much, which was professionally cleaned twice a week.
