"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. Even though we weren't present at the agreed upon time for check-in, she was very understanding of our situation, kept in touch and we managed to find an arrangement to be able to check-in (we had a family member who lives in Spoleto go and tour the property for us and have everything explained to her). "Umbria is an undiscovered gem - rarely busy and always breathtakingly beautiful. This place is ideal for exploring much of Umbria - and a short journey to Terni if you need the train for anywhere further afield. The host is on hand in case of difficulties and is very helpful."

"Hi Isaac, The property is amazing, however there some issues we would like to point out: 1) the WiFi doesn't work. 2) about half the shower heads has no water pressure. 3) one of the four separate unit above the pool S.p.A. not have A/C. 4) the over at the pool-house does not work and shorts the power. 5) at least once a day the property looses power. "Mira’s place was spotlessly clean, and so very Italian! Vintage artwork decorated the space and I kept expecting an Italian Nonna to appear. ;) Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Good water pressure and temperature, and a larger shower than in many Italian apartments! Comfy bed with cozy blankets and pillows. Stunning views, including La Rocca castle on the hill from The bedroom. "

"The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
