The cleanliness and decor is better than hotel. Restaurants, a gas station and the beautiful beach is less than 5 min in a car. 15-20 if you walk. If I didn't have an itinerary I'd just stay here "

"Great location, safe gated area. Restrooms provided shampoo conditioner and body wash. unfortunately something that was a bit annoying was the floor in my room was quiete dirty. A lot of sand and dirt on the floor. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Very simple but nice play to stay for a quick vacation. This was our home base for our trip. Close to everything. Host was extremely nice and accommodating. Room had everything, stove, fridge, etc."

"Great location for going to the beach, kayak to bioluminescent bay, 30 minutes to el yunque forest, 30 minutes to ferry to go to vieques/culebra island. Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay."

"All was good. Was suppose to get 3 keys, only 2 were in the keybox. I sent email as soon as I got there to Vrbo to let someone know, but never got a response. Sure hope I don't get charged for lost key."

"We had a great time during our last minute trip to PR. We made the reservation a couple of days prior to arriving and Jay had everything set up with us. The instructions were clear and he gave great recommendations on where to eat and visit. So many things happened on our trip. The power went out in the island and the water as well. Jay put so much effort into making sure our AC unit was connected to his back up generator."
