Whether you're looking this year's family reunion destination, traveling with groups of friends or family, or planning a work retreat, this Cannon Beach vacation rental will meet all your needs and more. Consisting of three individual townhomes - two one-bedroom units, and one two-bedroom unit - the Beaches Townhomes offer comfortable living spaces, modern amenities, and a stellar location just one block from the sandy shores of the Oregon Coast.

Each bi-level unit includes a living space with comfortable furnishings beside a wood-burning fireplace for warmth and ambiance. Upstairs you'll find sunny bedrooms with space for storage and ultra-comfy pillow-top mattresses for a deeply relaxing night's sleep. King beds are provided in each one-bedroom unit, with two queens provided in the two-bedroom space. Each townhome's sofa also doubles as a sleeper, allowing each one-bedroom unit to sleep a total for four guests, and the two-bedroom unit to sleep six, with a grand total of 14 guests.

One of the best perks of a vacation rental is having your own kitchen to make home-cooked meals, and here you'll find each unit complete with a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Along with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker, each townhome includes a dishwasher to keep clean-up easy.

In every unit you'll find a private patio off the main level, along with patio chairs and a charcoal grill to create the perfect summer barbecue. And if you happen to spill some ketchup on your shirt, no worries, a shared washer and dryer is accessible from unit one.

And, of course, there's plenty to keep you all entertained. Wireless Internet extends throughout each home for those who need to stay connected, and movie nights are a must with the DVD/Blu-Ray players and cable provided. You'll find shows especially enjoyable on the flat screen TVs.

A designated paved parking space is provided for each unit, and you can even include your four-legged friends on the guest list - dogs 60 pounds or less are welcome, though a nightly fee per dog and minimum fee per stay will apply.

Just one block west a soft, sandy beach awaits with plenty of activities to enjoy. Fly a kite, pack a picnic, watch the sun set behind Haystack Rock, and search for sand dollars or even starfish in the tide pools. Hikers will want to wander the trails through Ecola State Park leading to stunning vistas, and diners will have a plethora of restaurants to choose from ñ from burgers and beer to fresh local seafood and specialty coffees. Bring home some local treasures from the multiple art galleries and boutiques in town, check out the Tuesday Farmers' Market in summer, or even catch a show at the Coaster Theater.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
