"We were asked to present ourselves at a different address only to find out that they had changed the location of our rooms. Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. "The room had mold and mildew growing along the doors and in the bathroom. This is a health concern as I am an asthmatic. Additionally, this is not a Bed and Breakfast in the traditional sense. It is an apartment that is managed offsite (it feels as though one apartment has been remodeled into 3 separate bedrooms with one having a kitchenette). "The staff were kind and professional. However the place seems to have run out of money for the upkeep. The towels were ratty and threadbare. Worse yet the bathroom was a health hazard! Mold everywhere. We were in room #2."
