The apartment is located in a 3-star apartment building directly on the beach, which was built in the typical style of the large hotels here in Cannes. It has a spacious reception opening onto a beautiful garden with a beautiful round swimming pool with an island. The building looks out to sea and is about 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach.

A two-room apartment for up to four people, 30 m2 plus 8 m2 balcony. It is cleverly equipped and very practical. The balcony offers a breathtaking view over the sea, the beach, the western coast, the Esterel mountains, the swimming pool and the palm garden.
The apartment is fully furnished and has an open living room with sofa beds and a kitchen and dining area. It is equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator.

A tip for the non-car drivers among your guests. We did all tours with public transportation. It went very well. From the airport take the 200 bus to Cannes, change Hotel de Ville in the 1 or 2 to Mairie Annexe (in front of the Ibis hotel). Fare 1. 5 € (with change) This is unbeatably inexpensive, especially with the current petrol prices. Trips to Vence, Grasse, Antibes and elsewhere are also easy to do. The tourist office in Cannes is very helpful.

Thanks a lot! Our vacation was just great! We enjoyed the time to have breakfast up
the terrace with the sea view was perfect. The money for the underground car park was worth it, we had no thought that anything could happen to the car. Cannes could either be reached on foot (around 25 minutes along the beach) or by bus (around 10 minutes). The supermarkets, the market with fruit, fish, vegetables ... could be reached within 5 minutes on foot. You can also go to Nice and Monaco (it takes less than 1 hour to get there by motorway for € 12 fees), you can take the longer route without fees with the beautiful viewpoints. In any case, we recommend visiting the Porphyry Cliffs and Grand Canyon du Verdon.

Our tips:
Cannes la Bocca: daily market on the main street (5min walk). Fruit: mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, melons ... taste very different and smell like that!

Nice: the 'Fenocchio' ice cream parlor on Place Rossetti - against 100 types of ice cream.

Antibes: Marineland - even our son, who is 15 years old and, like many others at this age, thinks everything is boring, was totally enthusiastic about Marineland.

Monaco: Oceanographic Museum with the restaurant on the upper floor with the panorama of Monaco. Our son also found the museum very interesting.
This time we also saw the changing of the guard at the palace in Monaco. It was also a lot of fun.

Don't forget: Parking on the streets is free on Sundays and public holidays in France (you can save a lot of money). There are elevators everywhere in Monaco that connect the lower town with the upper town. If you use them you save a lot of time and energy. We hope to come to Cannes again, in any case we will contact you.

Wonderful stay, spotless, great view
My mother and I stayed in one of David's 1-bedroom apartments in this complex for a week in March. The apartment was exactly as described and spotless. David provided very detailed instructions and recommendations prior to arrival and responded to all our emails quickly. The view from the balcony was wonderful overlooking the sea and the complex's main pool. La Bocca is a residential area and is served by several main bus routes. You can even walk to the commercial center of Cannes and to the La Bocca train station. There are plenty of restaurants, corner stores (we used the Huit-a-Huit for breakfast and dinner basics), bakeries, and cafes. I would definitely recommend this apartment and area.

Une vue sur mer inoubliable
Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement! La terrasse nous a permis de profiter des beaux jours d'avril et permettra à une famille de 4 à 6 personnes d'en faire tout autant car il y a de la place. Autre point positif, l'accès à Cannes Centre est très facile en voiture depuis l'appartement. Ou à pied en longeant le bord de mer en 30 min pour une balade en soirée! Place de parking à mon sens indispensable pour la période estivale, vous gagnerez du temps. Et la photo de l'annonce correspond bien à la vue! ^^ Hâte d'y retourner!

Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. War mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet und für den Preis auf jeden Fall wieder zu empfehlen! Vor allem bei dieser tollen Aussicht und Lage! Mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon. Von dort aus kann man super nach Nice, Monaco und St. Tropez fahren. Und für die Tiefgarage bezahlt man nur 5€ pro Tag. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden!!

VUE MAGNIFIQUE
Appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les collines avoisinantes. L’hôte a vraiment très bien organisé la logistique, ce qui est très plaisant. La croisette est facilement accessible en bus et même jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Les restaurants avoisinants sont de bonne qualité. Il est très pratique d'accéder aux 2 belles piscines de la résidence en descendant juste par l'ascenseur.

Die Wohnung entsprach voll den Angaben im Inserat. Die Wohnung war sauber, könnte aber eine allgemeine Renovierung vertragen. Die Kleiderschrankkapazität ist sehr begrenzt, für 2 Personen schon eng bemessen. Die Organisation des Vermieters war perfekt. Großes Lob. Für 2 Personen können wir diese Ferienwohnung gern weiterempfehlen. Der Standort ist eine gute Basis für Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung, besonders die Möglichkeit der Benutzung des Zuges nach Monaco, Nizza, Grasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt.

Goprima appartement. Goede locatie.
Leuk en schoon appartement. Locatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de cote d'Azur te ontdekken. Fijn zwembad en dichtbij het strand. Het is verstandig om er een parkeerplaats bij te huren. Zeker in het hoogseizoen. Zeker de moeite waard om nog een keer terug te gaan.

Pleasant stay at reasonable price
Very clean and cozy appartment with beautiful sea view. The appartment is fully equipped with everything you might nedd for long stay except washing mashine, but there is a laundry at the ground floor so this is not a problem at all. Also appartment is fully furnitured. There are several caffees and supermarkets just 2-5 minute walk from the appartment. One more "bonus" of the appartment is bus and train stop 2-5 minutes walk from the appartments. You can get to Cannes railway station or Cannes Palace of the Festival just in 5 - 10 minutes by bus \ train or 25-30 minutes by foot (if going along the shore). Though the aparments is situated near railroad -- it does not affect your rest at all. We heared the train just 3-7 secoonds when it passed near the complex several times per hour in the day time (when the balcony door was open). What you also should keep in mind -- starting mid October the pool in the complex is closed (this is also true for some shops near the complex). The only disadvantage of the place -- there is no good promenande place in the near by and there are no child playgrounds in the walking distance (just couple of small squares). So you should go to Cannes to the Palace of the Festival if you need playground for you child. About the owner -- very helpful and responsive person. Smart and quick replies to the mail, no hidden costs \ fees and other "surprises" -- everything as agreed and noted in the contract. The price is also very reasonablle. So highly recommend the appartments, especially if you don't need child playground.

En "panik"-leje med 2 dages forberedelse. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i lejligheden - og fik tilmed en kanon vejledning i oplevelsespakker - herunder en tur med kogleexpressen. At vi desuden havde fælles bekendte gjorde ikke oplevelsen dårligere. 100% anbefaling herfra - ikke sidste gang vi benytter dette tilbud.

Tolles Preis
Die Lage ist perfekt.Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Stadteil von Cannes und trotz dem ist man mittendrin und kann alles gut zu Fuss erreichen.Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß aber sie sind zweckmässig eingerichtet hell und sauber und für den Preis angemessen.Der großer sonniger Balkon mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und die Berge topt alles.Alle Geschäfte, Butiken, Märkte und die Restaurants, sind zu Fuß erreichbar.Man kann auch mit dem Auto oder Zug nach Monaco, Nizza oder Italien fahren.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das war ein wunderschöne Urlaub und das Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen !

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr positiv und unkompliziert; die Kaution wurde umgehend nach unserer Rückkehr zurückerstattet. Die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung - nur leider sind wohl die besten Jahre des von uns bewohnten Apartments 608 vorbei. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war noch o.k., bevor wir wiederkommen, sollte jedoch eine Renovierung erfolgen. Parken konnten wir kostenfrei auf dem Parkplatz der Stadt Cannes, welcher direkt um die Ecke gelegen ist ( sichtbar vom Balkon). Auch Ende Oktober hat uns die Sonne nicht im Stich gelassen.

Schöne Ferien
Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien. Wir haben nicht etwas besonderes erwartet, aber alles war so gut!!! Wir freuen uns sehr dafür. Wohnung sauber und genug gross. Steinplattenboden ist nicht kalt. Mit Vermieter hat alles klar und gut geklappt. Internet war genug schnell. Geschirrspüler war als gutes Surprise. Balkon am besten gefallen, fast immer Schatten und kühl, wunderbares Meersicht. Lage in Stadt ist sehr bequem, ca 5-7 min mit dem Bus (1eur) nach Cannes Centre. Sehr gute Tipps mit Restaurant und Village Mougins. Die beste Pizza Welt in Cannes - Bistro Le Casanova, rue Hoche 8. 30 min mit dem Auto bis Nizza und 40 bis Monaco, 20 min Antibes. Sauberes Sand am Strand und klares Meer in Cannes la Bocca. Schwimmbad hat unsere 2.5 Tochter immer Spass gemacht. Kinderfreundlicher Eingang ins Wasser im Schwimmbad. Tolles Wasserrutsche. Grosses Laden in 10 Fussmin InterMarche, 5 min jeder Morgen Frischmarkt, 2 min bis Bäckerrei.

Super Urlaub
Meine Frau und ich hatten einen super Urlaub in Cannes. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es uns von Herrn Nielsen beschrieben wurde. Auch die Betreuung vorher und nachher war aller erste Klasse. Die Rückerstattung der Mietkaution hatten wir schon 2 Tage nach unser Ankunft zu Hause auf dem Konto. Das App. war klein aber fein so wie beschrieben. Und die Aussicht vom Balkon einfach Traunhaft. Wir waren Anfang Juni 2010 für 2 Wochen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir waren alle sehr begeistert und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Auch konnten wir Herrn Nielsen jederzeit erreichen. Die Onlineangaben und auch die wunderschönen Bilder stimmen überrein, die Lage ist traumhaft und die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Südfrankreich ist immer wieder eine Reise wert.
