We open the doors to an unforgettable stay in a spacious, bright villa, furnished for your comfort.
To make you feel at home, with family, friends or for your business trips.

Located in a private domain of 13 hectares, 24/7 secure, quiet, on the edge of a protected natural park, you will enjoy exclusive and private access to the fully enclosed garden with trees of the villa. Your children will have fun in the garden in complete safety while you take advantage of the deckchairs for a sunbath or the large shaded terrace to relax in complete serenity.

Quiet, although close to the center of Cannes and the beaches, the villa has been designed and furnished for your comfort.
Modern and warm, the villa offers a large living room opening onto the sun-drenched garden, a kitchen with direct access to the shaded terrace and the garden, 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 people (including 2 parental suites) and 4 bathrooms / bathrooms en-suite shower rooms.

Built on 2 levels, the entrance opens onto a cozy living room furnished with new and comfortable sofas, the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your fresh meals when returning from the market, your gourmet meals or simply your tapas aperitifs that you will take on the shaded terrace. + a first master bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and private terrace overlooking the garden + separate toilet.
The first floor serves 3 spacious bedrooms including 1 other master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet and two other bedrooms each with their own shower room + additional separate toilet.

The terrace furnished with table, chairs, sofas and the enclosed garden with deckchairs, will offer you an ideal setting for your moments of relaxation and your meals around good grills cooked on the barbecue.

To make your stay perfect, we also provide you with an ultra-fast internet connection with fiber, numerous international TV channels, air conditioning in each room (living room and bedrooms), 1 garage and 2 parking spaces, access the two large swimming pools in the private domain, one very close to the villa. We provide you with household linen (sheets and towels) as well as welcome products in each bathroom.

Close to the center of Cannes, the Croisette, shops, restaurants, beaches and all the activities on offer in the region, your stay at the villa, summer and winter, will be unforgettable.

A Lovely Stay
My husband, coworkers, and I stayed at this lovely place while we were at the Cannes Film Festival for work. It was so nice to leave the madness on the Croisette and have a peaceful dinner on the terrasse. Barbara and her husband were quick to respond, even bringing us brand-new pots and pans when we mentioned that the ones in the villa were a little small for our group. We will for sure stay there again!

Amazing vacation
Very comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen, nice grass terasse. Very quite residence. The air-conditioner in every room. We were in April, so we didn't check how long to go to the swimming pool. Driving to Cannes is easy, we also travelled a lot around.

Wonderful!
This was our second time starting at this lovely villa and we are so glad we did. Barbara is proactive, professional, and incredibly kind. She and her husband make a fantastic management team, quick to answer and flexible and the villa itself is well equipped, clean, and spacious with a lovely garden. If you plan to spend a lot of time at the beach or at the Palais des Festivals, you will need a car or plan on taking the bus as it is a 40 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time and will certainly stay here again!

Peaceful location and beautiful villa
We were looking specifically to stay on Cannes Grand Parc and the villa did not disappoint - very clean and well kitted out. Lovely peaceful situation with private garden. Host Barbara was lovely and very helpful whenever we were stuck with anything.

La maison est très jolie, fonctionnelle spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Piscine agréable bizarrement il y a peu de monde ce qui est appréciable La situation très bien par rapport au centre de Cannes et des commerces pas loin pour les petites courses Merci au gérant Barbara et son mari très disponible et au petit soin pour leur vacancier je recommande ce lieu de vacance

Le seul reproche que nous puissions faire c'est que la terrasse n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant sans faire un transfert. Les rebords des portes fenêtres sont trop hauts.

Very comfortable villa.
We stayed with 2 families of 5 adults and 4 children for one week. We found it very spacious and ideal located. Each bedroom has its bathroom and the airconditioning in each bedroom and livingroom was a pleasant relief from the heat outside. We did not use the communal swimming pool as we arrived late afternoons in the villa. During the evenings we spent a lot of time in the garden. Would highly recommend this villa. Thank you Barbara for having us.

Great property on the outskirts of Cannes
This property is lovely and was ideal for our family of 6 adults. Plenty of bathrooms is always a bonus. The air on was a welcome relief from the heat. The communal swimming pool was okay but a shame no sun loungers around it. We spent a lot of time in the garden of the property. It is a way out of Cannes but the public bus route 10 gets you there in around 20 mins and the trains are really easy to get to Antibes, Nice, Monaco etc. We found a lovely restaurant (Mediterane) in walking distance from the villa. The supermarket is close by too. If I had to make any recommendations for the villa - another fridge in the garage would have been useful and more outdoor furniture, especially if there were 8 guests staying. Thank you Barbara and Pascal, you were very accommodating of our flight times - it was much appreciated.

Great location for a holiday
The villa was well situated in a beautiful calm development of gardens, pool and other properties. However, within 5 mins you are in the centre of a bustling cosmopolitan city with great shopping and restaurants. The villa was well appointed with good sized lounge and dining area. Bedrooms were pleasantly furnished and plenty of bathrooms. Ideal outside spaces with covered veranda for those who like shade and sun beds for those who like to lie in the sun (me!) Would highly recommend this villa for any holidaymakers.

La description de la location était très précise. La maison près de tout dont on a besoin ( boulanger, supermarché, bus etc. ), mais totalement au calme. Une maison très charmante, très propre et très bien équipée. On a été accueilli avec beaucoup d'informations - des informations nécessaires et très utiles. Le contact chaleureux. On va recommander la villa à nos amis et on va revenir bientôt. Deutsch: Wunderschön ruhig gelegenes, sehr sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, Bus, Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir wurden mit sehr vielen wichtigen und sehr nützliche Information versorgt. Der Kontakt war immer sehr herzlich - und wir werden bald wiederkommen. Ein klare Empfehlung - auch für unsere Freunde !!!

wonderful villa in Cannes
What a wonderful place for a holiday. The villa is well apointed and very spacious with all of the amenities required for our modern lifestyles. We spent a lot of time outside, either under the veranda or lounging in the garden. Cannes has a fantastic buzz with lively culture day or night. The villa provided a contrast as it is peaceful and calm. We are a family with teenagers so it was ideal to find somewhere that meets the needs of everyone. Highly recommended

Contact très agréable et efficace avec les personnes gérant la villa. La villa est très bien située loin de la foule mais prêt de tout. Elle est très bien agencée avec, en particulier plein de sanitaires. Les équipements et les meubles sont de bonne qualité. Rien de négatif, que du positif. Merci Contact with people managng the villa was pleasantand efficient. The Villa is very well located: far from the crowd but close to everything at the same time.
