THE APARTMENT
This spacious flow-through apartment located in the heart of the Palm Beach has the perfect layout and amenities:
- Contemporary and refined decoration to make you feel at home.
- A beautiful living room with a large bay window giving access to the garden, with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV and dining table for six people.
- A kitchen open to the living room with everything you’ll need, including appliances, pots, pans, dishware and tableware for a whole family!
- A private beautifully landscaped garden, offering 130m² of space in which you can relax as you wish, on deckchairs or comfortable sofas. Pool view as a bonus.
- A first bedroom, opening onto the garden, with two 90cm single beds which can be combined to create a double bed, as well as a large closet.
- A second suite style bedroom, opening onto the rear part of the garden, with a large double bed, a shower room (designed for people with reduced mobility) and toilets.
- A second shower room near the entrance, also with toilets.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 30 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station or 20 minutes by bus or by private driver for which our Concierge Service can arrange for you.
You have your own car? Free street parking is available around the building.

Want to go to the center of Cannes and its points of interest? Follow the famous Croisette seafront boulevard and reach the Palais des Festivals within a 20-minute walk, between the sea and luxury boutiques, or take public transportation, thanks to the bus stops located a few steps from the apartment.
The Palais des Festivals is a 20-minute walk away.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
