BEST LOCATION IN CENTRAL CANNES: only 4 mins walk to the Palais and La Croisette, 2 mins walk to the nearest beach. Lots of restaurants and bars are on your doorstep. Car isn't necessary: bus stop - 2 mins walk, train station - 10 mins walk. Secure underground car parks (Forville and Ferrrage) are within 3 mins walk

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: the studio is located in the heart of Old Town Cannes (Le Suquet) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful historic residential building with no lift. Only 5 minutes from the shopping street Rue dÀntibes and 5 minutes from the Palais, Croisette and beaches. It's a perfect location for congresses and holidays all year round.

BALCONY - the balcony overlooks the Old Port of Cannes and provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining or just simply people watching over a glass of rose.

BED - a brand new, full-size very comfortable double sofa bed from UBALDI with a 16cm thick mattress provides an excellent night's sleep. It's very easy to open and close without the need to remove the cushions.

KITCHEN - brand new fully equipped kitchen with built - in fridge / freezer box, 2 rings hob, microwave / grill, pans, pots, plates, cups e.t.c and plenty of storage. It's perfect for cooking a meal at home if you fancy staying in.

STORAGE - 2 tall mirrored wardrobes on each side of the TV until + large shoe cabinet + storage in the bathroom + special storage space for your luggage.

BATHROOM - newly done bathroom with a shower cubical and a modern sink. A hair dryer is provided as well.

WHAT IS ON YOUR DOORSTEP: Cannes has excellent sandy beaches and they are only a few minutes easy stroll from the apartment along the beautiful La Croisette. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars to choose from in different price ranges. Fresh fruit and vegetables market (Forville) is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment so you can buy local food and /or simply enjoy a lovely brunch at one of the cafes. There are some excellent bakeries along rue Meynadier and lots of Italian ice-cream parlours in rue Felix Faure all located within a few minutes walk. In the evening you'll be spoiled by the number of bars and restaurants and street entertainment along rue Felix Faure and Le Suquet area.

GETTING TO THE APARTMENT:

It's very easy to get to the apartment from Nice airport or Cannes train station.

* the airport bus stop (the 210 Xpress bus) is only 10 mins walk from the apartment, return ticket pp costs 33 Euros
* Cannes train station is 10 mins walk
* the easiest way getting to the apartment from Nice airport is by taxi and the journey takes around 45 mins - 1 hour, costs around 70 Euros one way.
* there are a number of local busses connecting Cannes with Nice, Antibes, Mandelieu-La Napoule and the bus stops are a few mins walk from the apartment.
* PARKING - the apartment doesn't have a secure parking space but there are two secure underground car parks within 3 mins walk from the apartment (Forville and Ferrage, costs: 7 days - € 72,70, 15 days - € 103,00 e.t.c) plus we email our guests a map showing free parking on the streets.

Little Gem
Excellent apartment, small but adequate. 3 flights of stairs ok but maybe not for the elderly/Disabled in a central location , restaurants, bars , and an excellent patisserie below balcony. Will definitely return to this apartment. Cannes is a beautiful city.

Charming paradise in Cannes!
What a lovely and special find! A very convenient location in a quaint and charming neighborhood, this gem is lovely! Every inch is cleverly organized for a cozy stay, and the balcony is delightful for morning coffee or sunset aperitifs, with a view even better than the photos! The sofa bed is quite comfortable, and storage for clothes and luggage is clever and great! The kitchen is very well equipped for a delicious meal prepared after a trip to the very nearby open market where the fruits, vegetables, seafood, cheeses and meats are available. Restaurants abound just steps from the entrance and shopping, the train station, trams and busses are all super close by. We will be back! Owners respond immediately to any questions and the apartment has lovely updated finishes. The stairs are a bit steep, but worth every step!

Wonderful apartment in great location.
Great apartment which was well equipped and clean. It is ideally located for all the local amenities such as cafes, bars and shops. It provided an ideal base for our trips to St Tropez, Monaco and Monte Carlo. The balcony was a superb place for chilling out and we even had a spectacular view of the fireworks on our last night.

Perfect Stay!
We had the most perfect stay here in Cannes. Clive and Lily were so helpful and easy to get a hold of for any questions. The balcony was perfect with a beautiful view and amazing location close to everything! The apartment is a studio but we found there was more than enough storage for our clothes and again the balcony was wonderful where we spent many mornings with a coffee or late evenings with a glass a wine. Highly recommend! Thanks Clive and Lily!

Amazing location with a million dollar view! Staying in this area felt like we were locals and not just visiting. It is walking distance from the private beach clubs across the hotel as well as the main train station. The place is super clean and communication with the owners was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this apartment.

Spectacular location
My wife and I stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The location is spectacular: right next to sightseeing, the market, restaurants, bars, and the water. The room is fairly small, about the size of a medium/small hotel room, but it comes as advertised and at a great price. Lily and Clive were extremely responsive and gave helpful recommendations. Hopefully we get to stay again someday!

Perfect location, lovely people and a very comfortable bed.
I loved the property, it is a great place to de-stress and unwind. Perfect location, easy to get to and walking distance to everything. The owners are beautiful people, and The only problem I had was caused by me, I didn't realize I was supposed to clean upon my departure. I recommend highly!
