Situated in the centre of Cannes, this lovely 2 bedroom, first floor apartment is ideally located in a contemporary gated community. The Palais des Festivals et des Congress, the Boulevard de La Croisette, Rue D'Antibes (the main shopping street) , and the Railway Station with its major bus interchange are only minutes walk away. Residence Le Ponant is a new build and has been finished to a high standard. Parking is available in an underground parking space within the gated apartment complex. There is a swimming pool in the grounds. This 64sq m quality apartment is fitted to a high standard, and contains a fully fitted Neff kitchen for self-catering including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment can sleep up to four people comfortably. The apartment has two sunny terraces totaling a further 22sq m. It also has air conditioning and central heating through out, with wall-mounted digital TV and wired broadband. Great vacation in Cannes
Apartment is located very good near to beach (10 min) and the central of Cannes with restaurants, bars and shops. Except the crazy car drivers and scooters it was a great trip with beautiful beach at Cannes.

Lovely Apartment
This property is clean, well organized, well located, and well air conditioned. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the patios were a lovely place for morning coffee or an evening digestive. M Fornelli, the property manager, was a delight. She helped us get into the unit a d explained how everything worked. She communicated with us at just the right level. We would stay again.

The property was immaculate. Everything was in excellent working order. It felt like ‘home from home’. Comfort and luxury. The balconies are an added bonus. Excellent location. Sandrine (who met us on our arrival and before we departed) is a gem….such a lovely person and incredibly helpful. Thank you Sandrine! Excellent experience
Everything went fine, meet & greet and the return of the appartement as proposed. Mrs. Fornelli ist a very kind person, we had a very gentle welcome and good conversation with her. The house and the neighborhood seem to be very safe, we could enjoy our stay at Cannes and really had a good time. The appartement was overall in very good condition, If I should change anything, I would recommend to install a sightly longer hose to the hand shower, perhaps 50cm more would make it much easier to wash your hair, if a person is taller than 170cm Anyway, if we plan to spend again some time in Cannes, we will keep this appartement definetely in mind.

Sandrine gave us such a warm welcome. She was so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Also, the lady who managed the receiption, was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you both, it was a pleasure to meet you. The apartment was very well equipped, which made things so much easier. Very stylish and decorated to a high standard. Extremely convenient location with a short pleasant walk to the shops, beach and train station. Lovely apartment, we especially enjoyed the large balcony. You will not be disappointed. We caught the train to Monaco and Nice. Visited Antibes by car and various other places. All well worth a visit. We were lucky enough to see the firework display on the beach, which was truly outstanding. Cannes is a beautiful place with old quaint streets, lovely shops and some amazing restaurants. We would love to return. Thank you Stephen, you were super organised. The information for the apartment was very helpful. The perfect host.

Cool Cannes
The owner, Stephen was an excellent communicator, very quick responses to any question. The apartment was as advertised, and surprisingly quiet. Great basement car parking as parking on street in Cannes can be problematic, so, all in all, a lovely apartment.

Appartment is modern, tastefully furnished, and located conveniently close to the railway station and town centre. The entire block is scrupulously clean, due, mainly to Corrine, the wonderful on site caretaker who is an absolute gem. I must also mention and thank our host Stephen. We loved your home and your help and hospitality.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location
The apartment is very well-located in a residential area of Cannes and just a short walk to the beach, railway station and restaurants. It was very clean and well-maintained and we particularly appreciated the Neff cooking appliances. The swimming pool was larger than we expected and the underground parking was a bonus. Altogether, an excellent location for exploring the region.

Dieses Appartement ist aus jeder Sicht super - ob Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage, …! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war toll, wir haben auf sämtliche Fragen eine prompte Antwort bekommen und er hat sich schon vorab super um uns gekümmert. Die Betreuung vor Ort lief über Madame Giro und auch sie war großartig!

Heerlijk verblijf in centrum Cannes
We hebben een erg fijne vakantie gehad in het appartement. Mooi en schoon appartement met nette keuken met vaatwasser. Er was een airco en wasmachine en droger. Overal waren er rolluiken zodat het lekker donker was in de kamers als je dat wilde. Het treinstation was 4 minuten lopen, supermarkt en bakker waren heel dichtbij en la croisette lag op 10 minuten lopen. Nadeel was dat er geen vaste ligbedden en parasols bij het zwembad waren. Er waren wel 2 klap ligbedjes op het balkon die je mee heen en terug kon nemen naar het zwembad. Prima uitvalsbasis voor het bezichtigen van steden als Nice, Antibes en Monaco.

Relaxing stay in Cannes
Everything about this property met/exceeded expectations, from the booking to all of the communications to the on site attention. We were very pleased .The property shows pretty much as the photo's, it's a modern 2nd floor unit with two terraces that we really enjoyed. We had actually spent most of our time at the unit on the terrace off of the Kitchen/Livingroom area, it has a table and chairs where we ate all of our meals and I also enjoyed just watching the street life from that vantage and did so for hours while my wife read. The unit comes with a parking spot but it is absolutely not necessary to have a car everything is within walking distance .There is a large grocery store just around the corner across from the park where we found wine & water are about the same price. If you are thinking of renting I want to share two unbelievable restaurants we found only 10 minutes away, firstly La Table du Chef on Jean Daumas and the second L' Affable on Rue la Fontaine , check out the reviews , you'll be blown away. So in a nut shell yes I would certainly recommend this property and hope to book it next time we're in Cannes

Meilleur endroit pour séjourner à Cannes.
Appartement très sécuritaire et tranquille situé à 8 minutes à pied d’un marché et des rues piétonnes. Stationnement intérieur fort apprécié. Great location close to train and bus station and the beach
The flat is in a well kept building with a nice pool. You are close to the bus and train station and only a few more blocks to the beach. Cote d’ Zur has so much to offer and you are only a short train or bus ride away! We stayed a month and visited Menton, Eze, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Villefranche, St. paul de Vence, Mougins, Boit and so many other nice little towns around the coast.

In the middle of Cannes
Very nice apartment - exactly as described. Contact with owner and responsible person in Cannes was always flawless and immediate. The apartment is really in the heart of Cannes - everything in walking distance; neverthelss quite and we had a good sleep in very comfortable beds. Definetly a recommendation for a stay at the Cote d’Azur.

Lovely apartment!
Perfect location , spacious and well looked after. Equipped with all you may need.The check in and out process was easy and very well communicated. Good place to stay in Cannes for a family with kids as it’s very close to the restaurants and beach etc. On many occasions we were using the swimming pool by ourselves, meaning lots of fun for kids. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon !
