Terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs, BBQ. Covered parking for 2 cars. Garage for 1 car. Shops 500m. Supermarket 1 km. Sea and beach 2 km.

Main air-conditioned villa of 250m² with: Living / dining room (not air-conditioned) with TV (Internet), Internet. Fully equipped open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90) joinable, Bathroom / WC.
Upstairs: Master bedroom with 1 double bed (180), exit to garden with sea glimpse. Bathroom with bath / shower / WC. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), TV, bath / WC. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90). Shower room / WC.
Air-conditioned annex of 80m ² with: Living room with TV (TNT). Equipped kitchen. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90), Shower. Separate WC. Upstairs: 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed not spliatable (2x90). Shower room / WC. Electricity fees to be paid localy.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
