The district is one of the most famous of Cannes. It has a typical small village character with the Place de l'Etang and bowling (Pétanque), fish restaurants or Provencal dishes. Food markets, bakeries and caterers are within walking distance.

The PALM IMPERIAL bus line n ° 8 passes at the foot of the residence and will take you to the center of Cannes in a short time.

Parking on public road is free.
