Wonderful house and environment
We really enjoyed the house, swimming pool and the garden. Everything was lovely. The environment is beautiful and so much to see. We visited the restaurant in the village twice, we liked the simple but the very good dishes.

Can’t stop thinking about this place!
Fabio and his aunt Paola are wonderful hosts. This property is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are stunning and set amongst the family’s olive grove with a view of Assisi across the valley. There are small farm animals on site as well - chickens, rabbits, geese, even a peacock! It was quiet and relaxing. The house inside is very comfortable and well-equipped. You will need a car to get there and to reach nearby towns like Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, etc. you will definitely want to stay here, and hopefully some day we will return as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely house in the hills of Umbria
We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house is well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Close to lovely hill towns and many wineries. Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Foligno, Deruta, I could go on. The house was a great base and lovely to return to at the end of the day. Fabio was always responsive with advice and his Aunt very kind. Ciao and Grazie!

Posto strategico e tranquillo in collina nel cuore dell' Umbria. Location perfetta in mezzo al verde con piscina proprio davanti a casa. Assoluta privacy e grande disponibilità da parte della gentilissima signora Paola. Unico neo la mancanza di tendaggi sulla grandi vetrate esposte al sole per tenere, in mancanza di condizionatore, la casa più fresca; anche se il problema è mitigato dalla presenza di un ventilatore interno. Nel complesso una ottima vacanza da consigliare a chi ama la tranquillità. Nuovamente un grazie a Paola con la speranza di vederci ancora. Silvano Bortolotti.

Lovely stay
We found the property and location to be very quiet (apart from the chickens!) and relaxing. Loved the pool. Nice restaurant in walking distance (about 30mins up the hill)

Nous avons passez 12jours dans cette jolie propriété où nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté des environs (à 30 minutes de plusieurs beaux villages/villes). Le jardin et la piscine sont superbes. La pièce à vivre de la maison est spacieuse et très confortable. Nous avons été comme chez nous. Fabio a toujours répondu à nos messages, très réactif et discret. Merci encore.

Très bel endroit
Location dans un cadre magnifique avec une belle piscine. Environnement bucolique au milieu de la nature et près des animaux. Juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la climatisation mais les températures étaient exceptionnellement élevées pendant notre séjour.

Erholsame Tage in wunderschöner Umgebung
Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in ländlicher Umgebung verbracht. Das Haus und das dazugehörige Pool entsprechen voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Check-in + Check-out funktionierten reibungslos. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig um natürlich Assisi aber auch viele andere mittelalterliche Orte Umbriens zu besuchen. Wir können Fabios Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende und an Umbrien Interessierte nur wärmstens empfehlen. Grazie mille! Petra + Michael

Un jardin paradisiaque dans l'Ombrie médiévale

Urlaub im Paradies
Wir haben 17 entspannte Nächte (und Tage) in diesem Haus verbracht! Der Garten ist ein Traum - überall blüht es, trotz Hitzewelle. Das Beobachten von Schmetterlingen, Hummeln, Bienen und anderen Nektarsammlern entspannt ungemein. Zur Abkühlung lädt der Pool ein. Nachmittags konnten wir vom Pool die Hühner bei ihrem Gartenspaziergang sehen. Für Ausflüge an den See oder auch zu kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt das Haus, unsere Meinung nach, optimal. Unsere 14jährige Tochter war glücklich über die hervorragende Internetverbindung! Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen. Ein paar kleine Anmerkungen haben wir allerdings noch: Die Fotos sind anscheinend mit Weitwinkel aufgenommen. Vor Ort wirkte alles etwas kleiner - trotzdem hat man mit 3-4 Personen genug Platz ohne das es eng ist. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle im Haus. Da auch nachts die Temperaturen kaum unter 30°C fielen, war die Hitze auch irgendwann im Haus. Hier wären Deckenventilatoren toll gewesen! Wir haben aber auch so, mit offenen Schlafzimmerfenstern, gut schlafen können. Und nun noch zu den Hühnern - ja, die Hähne Krähen morgens, aber was soll's, man hat Urlaub, also Augen zu und weiterschlafen... ;-) Wir können dieses Haus und natürlich auch die netten Vermieter nur empfehlen! P.S. Ich hätte locker noch weitere 2 Wochen dort verbringen können.

Heerlijk verblijf
Mooie, afgelegen locatie met een heerlijk zwembad. Huis wordt wel warm, maar door aanwezigheid horren komt er in de nacht wat koele lucht binnen. Nadeel was wel dat elke ochtend meerdere hanen aan het kraaien zijn. Oordoppen waren voor ons daardoor geen overbodige luxe!

Sehr schönes, helles Haus umgeben von einem tollen Garten. Dieser wird auch täglich gepflegt. Absolute Ruhe, wenn man vom Gackern der Hühner absieht. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend, ein paar mehr Tassen und Kochutensilien wären vorteilhaft. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Assisi (sehr empfehlenswert, ca. 30 min) und weitere sehenswerte Orte wie Spello und Spolento zu erkunden. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Si può fare di più
Bella struttura immersa nel verde in una posizione isolata. Trattandosi di una villa di recente costruzione, presenta un arredamento in alcune stanze rivedibile, così come la pulizia (es: materassi sporchi e vecchi con peli e capelli sul coprimaterasso). Essendo una casa dotata di tante pareti a vetro, la mancanza dell’aria condizionata è stata un fattore critico: l’area giorno con il sole diventava una sorta di serra e nelle camere, sebbene tenessimo tutte le finestre aperte, si faticava a dormire dal caldo. La zona piscina molto bella, ma la mancanza di un ombrellone non permetteva di rilassarsi a bordo piscina, poiché era una zona soleggiata dal mattino alla sera. Location apprezzabile perché immersa totalmente nella natura, erano presenti diversi volatili (galli e pollame) intorno alla casa, che per i primi giorni hanno contribuito a svegliarci..alle 4:30 del mattino. Punto decisamente a favore è stata la disponibilità dell’host, che appena abbiamo segnalato la cosa, prontamente ha risolto il problema spostandoli altrove nella proprietà. In conclusione quindi la villa è molto bella, ma andrebbe migliorata sotto certi aspetti non di poco conto.

Unvergesslicher Umbrien Urlaub dank des schönen Hauses
Wunderschönes Haus und ruhiger, abgelegener Lage weshalb ein Fahrzeug notwendig ist. Dafür wird man mit einer ungestörten Idylle belohnt. Die technische Ausstattung ist erstklassig und am Ende des Urlaubs verstanden wir auch irgendwann welcher der vielen Lichtschalter für welche Beleuchtung zuständig war und so konnten wir die Beleuchtung immer der gewünschten Stimmung und Tätigkeit anpassen. :-). Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet und die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und doch modern. Das Internet war schnell, was vor allem für unseren Teenager wichtig war. Der Garten mitsamt Flora und Fauna ist umwerfend: blühende und duftende Blumen aller Art, Obst-und Olivenbäume, Hühner und ab und zu eine Katze die scheu ums Haus schleicht. Im Garten gibt es einen gemauerten Grill, so dass man schöne Grillabende verbringen kann. Ums Haus sind mehrere Sitz-und Chillecken verteilt, alle sehr schön arrangiert und gemütlich. Der Pool ist sehr schön, sauber und groß genug um zu schwimmen und planschen. Abends werden Pool und Garten automatisch illuminiert, was eine wunderschöne, romantische Stimmung schafft. Die Gastfamilie ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Besitzer Fabio antwortete auf Fragen per WhatsApp prompt und sehr freundlich. Umbrien und vor allem dieses Haus haben unseren Urlaub zu einem wundervollen Erlebnis gemacht, das wir gerne wiederholen möchten. Danke!

Casa molto accogliente e perfetta per rilassarsi in piscina con gli amici.
Un'esperienza assolutamente positiva e da ripetere. La casa molto carina e ben arredata, la piscina sicuramente è il valore aggiunto. Molti paesi nei dintorni dove poter fare una passeggiata e mangiare qualcosa di tipico. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti ed è stata una splendida vacanza all'insegna del relax. Grazie

What a beautiful place to stay - relaxing, private and the villa was perfect.
Beautiful area - great food and wine. Fabio was brilliant - very helpful. Villa was beautiful and very well laid out. BBQ in garden - great! Pool was perfect and lit up at night time. Gardens around were managed daily and everywhere very clean. Great for families or just for a peaceful relaxing chilled out stay. Thank you Fabio - we would recommend you to our friends .
