Great spot in canmore!
This was the perfect spot for our sister in laws getaway! The host provided a lot of information prior to our stay on how to access the unit, events in the area, and what to expect. I messaged in advance to ask if there was a coffee grinder and there was a brand new one waiting for us when we arrived. We had a couple minor issues upon arrival that were handled quickly and efficiently by Franco. This unit isn't poolside, but as close as you'd want to be without the excess noise that I imagine you'd find with the units right next to the pool. The heated pool and covered hot tub were easy to access, clean, and open 8am-11pm. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We didn't have kids with us but if they were there they would have loved the Harry Potter room! Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh made ice, plenty of hooks to hang wet towels and Bathing suits, and nice towels made this place above and beyond many places I have stayed before. There was a whole chest of games inside the coffee table too, which was fun! Overall this was one of my best VRBO experiences and I will definitely stay here again! Thank you Franco for creating such a perfect space and your excellent communication!

It was so cozy, love the cabin feel decor and the Harry Potter room was a huge hit with our grandson. The location was perfect, checkin was so easy and loved all the daily local events that were sent by to us by the host. We will definitely recommend staying here to all our friends.

Great Stay!
We had an awesome stay in Canmore. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Communication from Franco was excellent. Canmore is conveniently located near many of the top attractions in Banff, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property!

We loved our stay in Canmore. The Chalet was perfect for our group. The pool & hot tub were very relaxing and the pool was heated! The chalet itself was cute and clean. The only negative was the main floor did not have a bathroom. I am sure that info was listed on the booking, I just didn't see it. The location was great and very quiet! We would stay here again!

Cozy place with a great set up for a group
This is a well set-up layout for a group of family and friends. The kitchen and living space on the main floor is spacious and practical. We barbecued one night and there were ample dishes and tools for meal prep. Having a master suite with a king bed and ensuite was perfect for us, as was having the two double beds in the second bedroom.There is also a laundry room handy to guests near the communal BBQ’s.-

Wonderful property in Canmore!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Canmore! The Mystic Springs complex is modern, well kept, has wonderful amenities, and the location is convenient to everything in Canmore, and a 25 min drive to Banff town. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, in terrific condition, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage sons, and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The owner, Franco, is the best! I've never had such immediate and friendly communications with a VRBO owner before. He is so easy to get a hold of thru the VRBO app if anything arises, and also offered several recommendations for restaurants and things in the area. I highly recommend this property for your trip to Banff and the surrounding area!

Very clean condo, plenty of room for four adults and one child (she enjoyed the Harry Potter room), well appointed kitchen. One bedroom gets some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. The large pool and spa were enjoyed and used daily. Location is great within walking distance of everything, but what put this place over the top was the quick response from the owner. He was on top of everything! Don’t miss Lake Louise, Moraine Lake (prettier than Louise) and our favorite, Emerald Lake. Wasn’t terribly impressed by the Banff Gondola (so crowded), loved the half day LL/Moraine Lake tour. Banff itself is very crowded, Canmore less so & adorable. Bridgette’s Bar, The Woods, Hello Sunshine, Uprising Bakery, Beamer’s Coffee are recommended. For a special adult meal - 4296 is amazing! Oh, School Bus ice cream is a must. Enjoy the beauty, it’s unsurpassed.

Mystic Springs was exactly what we needed for our time in Canmore/Banff. Check in and out were seamless. Franco was immediately responsive to my questions. We had a great time in Canmore. Franco was very responsive and is the best host we’ve ever had! The free bottle of wine and Banff park pass was a nice added touch! The kids enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Definitely will be coming back!

We always enjoy our stays at Mystic Springs Chalets! Our host this stay was Franco & he was great, as was his condo! Everything we needed was supplied. We loved being just a few steps away from the hot tub & we made good use of it in the -20 weather! We always meet interesting people to visit with in the hot tub!! We also really appreciated the bottle of wine & the use of the park pass! We were very appreciative that Franco was able to accommodate our request for a date change in our reservation, due to extreme weather (-41). We totally enjoyed our stay in Franco's condo & we will book with him again!

Great Condo!
It was a lovely condo and easy to find and located in a good spot to all amenities. The only downside is the parking is tight and lots of other condos park more than one vehicle when your only allowed one spot so coming back from Banff after skiing and dinner later leaves you with no parking and have to park minimum 3 blocks away. I would definitely stay again but parking could be better sorted out.
