Enjoy a professionally decorated top floor 2 bed 2 bath condo just steps to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and retail shopping. 24 hour keyless check in, complementary heated underground parking, and just 15 minutes drive to Banff. This fabulously equipped condo has everything you need for an epic vacation.

The Space:
Relax in the beautifully appointed living room and enjoy the incredible mountain views of the Rundle and Fairview Ranges, right through to Cascade Mountain in Banff. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace in winter and watch your favorite shows on Netflix on the 55" TV. Or kick back on the deck in the warmer months and cook up a meal on the BBQ. Whatever your fancy, this light-filled space is your home away from home.

The kitchen is incredibly well equipped for guests who like to cook. It is very spacious, and the breakfast bar is a great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee made from our complimentary fresh local Eclipse coffee beans. The two bedrooms are large and have king beds in each, as well as 55" wall mounted TV's to snuggle up and watch a film. Each bedroom has a dresser as well as a closet, so there's no need to live out of a suitcase here. The master bedroom has a walk through closet and private ensuite with soaker tub, twin vanities, toilet and walk in shower. The guest bathroom offers a tub shower, toilet and vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with local Rocky Mountain Soap Company shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The spacious living room has a brand new sofa bed for one or two extra guests.

The condo contains a stacked washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry products provided.

The Neighborhood:
This quiet, secure building is literally one block from Main St and all the shopping and eating options Canmore has to offer. There is nothing you can't access within 5-10 minutes walk, including supermarkets and drug stores. A short 5 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Bow River and Riverside Park as well.

Getting Around:
Canmore is very "walkable" especially from this location. If you wish to catch public transit the bus stop is 40 metres away. Local transit is free, or you can catch the bus to Banff and Lake Louise as well (charges apply).

The property was extremely well stocked and well decorated. There were cleanliness issues in the bathroom, fridge and kitchen surfaces. When i tried to communicate with the property manager about my concerns even though i had pictures and a video i was brushed off.

We booked this condo because of the lovely view, location, price and fireplace. Large 2bed/2bath layout if you had two couples sharing. Large ensuite and tub we enjoyed after a day of skiing. Everything was there in the large kitchen including coffee grinder, blender and instapot! River walk is only a few blocks away and many food and shopping options surround you. We enjoyed a cute outdoor skating surface as the nearby pond was closed still. Loved the comfy King but we noticed the duvet didn’t have a cover. Also the Fireplace has a loud fan when operating and continues at a slightly less noisy level when off which is heard in the Master bedroom. Nothing that keeps you awake after a glass of wine and that pure mountain air. Heated underground parking was lovely even with the mild temps. Throughly enjoyed it and would definitely return…maybe see about staying on the other side of the building with even better views.

We loved our stay, thank you! Such great information and communication, very smooth check in process. Perfect location to explore Canmore, pop downstairs for the Snowy Owl Dogsled tour, and the head out to the mountains and Banff. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 6. Very thoughtfully stocked bathroom and kitchen, with all the necessities to cook meals for a family group. The kids (3 & 5) enjoyed the books and games, and were excited set up their sleeping bags in the large walk-in-robe as their own special camping nook. Looking forward to our next stay!

This two bedroom unit on the top floor is an exceptional find. It has by far the best equipped kitchen of any rental we’ve experienced, and is smartly furnished. We felt more like being a guest at a friend’s, than a tenant. The locale is very convenient, and the property is very well managed.

A place with spectacular view!
We recently stayed at this condo with spectacular view. It was thoughtfully stocked, tastefully furnished, very clean and conveniently located steps away from downtown Canmore. We received clear instructions on check-in and whenever we communicated with the property manager we received a prompt response. Our kids took ski lessons at Mount Norquay which was only 25 min drive away from the condo. It was a memorable stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Really pleased with this rental
My mid 20s daughters and I had an excellent stay at this condo. We understood it’s location and so we’re prepared for additional traffic sounds but to be honest, didn’t notice a peep. Such a beautiful accommodation. Very large space, maybe 1200 sq ft? Great fully loaded kitchen with lots of good kitchenware. Good location, and on site parking. Could use an AC in these rate heat wave moments but otherwise excellent.

Great location, right downtown making it easy to walk anywhere. Nice view from the unit and of course a plus being on the top floor. Fully stocked kitchen and unit, all you could ask for. The only thing I would add is regular cable. Otherwise perfect.
