"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable priced, payable with touch credit card. Check-in was very easy, there is a touch screen at entrance (multiple language options) and once I did input my name, all details came up as booked with Expedia, confirmed it and then two room cards came out of the slot - and that’s it! Super easy, no fuss at all. Checkout is just to put the room cards into the checkout box, again easy and convenient. "

"Was not aware when we booked it that they have Weddings going on every saturday during the summer months would have been good to know as we wouldn't have booked here. 1 of the 2 rooms we rented they had a power saving shower and the battery was dead so we were not able to take a shower as there is no one on site over night to fix the issue. So if you are looking to stay here during the summer months and would like some peace and quiet from late night weddings on the weekend maybe try somewhere else"

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "
