"This hotel has a great feel. Big, warm and comfortable rooms. Super clean, the entrance and reception smelt amazing. We didn’t use the facilities as it was a short stay but I would certainly go back with more time. Lots of shops and restaurants around. A great stay. "

"Mattresses and bed frames were of the worse possible quality and confort, we all had difficulty falling and staying asleep. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good."

"The hotel is good if you have a car. if not you have to get bus to gondola on morning and back no later than 6. i can imagine would be a nightmare in school holidays. I told hotels.com this and they told me they had changed advert so that is not advertised as ski in ski out. just checked and still hasnt been done. plenty of hot water and food was ok. Thank god for the irish bar in the hotel which saved our evenings as with out car you are stranded unless you want to pay for expensive taxi or...

"I arrived to be told they overbooked and I would have to find the hotel they switched me to. The English was so bad I couldn’t find the other hotel for 2.5 hours! The info office lady drive me to it. I wasted time, gas and energy ruining my stay in Andorra."

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. "Great location and views. Be wary of Google Maps because it can take you on maintenance roads on a ski resort! Make sure to go all the way into Canillo before turning onto the smaller road. "

"Every room is a junior suite. Underground parking under the hotel with direct access to the hotel. Easy access to the main tax free shopping area. For access to fitness center, you need to reserve a time with a receptionist and get a separate room key. Jacuzzi does not work."
