"When we first arrived at this cottage, we couldn't believe our eyes. It is a large house but with a cosy cottage feel and is so clean. Upon arrival we found that milk and a bottle of wine had been left in the fridge for us which was a lovely surprise. The house was extremely warm and this was without using the log burner. Everything had been decorated to a high standard and it was a pleasure staying here. Burley itself is a quaint little village with a couple of pubs, tea rooms and a few shops....

"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. "A very well maintained property . We were surprised and delighted when we arrived to find the spacious living area on the first floor. It was light and airy and a pleasure to relax and chill out in . There was every appliance you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable. "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"

"We had a great stay at this property in Everton. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden was a lovely bonus for our little one to play outside. "The information looked too good to be true ... but ... the house, the location, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the owner were amazing. A fantastic stay in a beautiful area. There was so much to do and a lot of the time you do not need to drive,(always a plus when on holiday.) We all want to return. Will recommend it to everyone. The house was a home and little touches like fresh flowers on the kitchen table were an added bonus."

"What a stay, absolutely fabulous! Apartment spotless and everything you need for a home from home stay in a peaceful and central location. One very happy doggy as a short stroll to the beautiful sandbanks beach and ferry to shell beach etc. also lovely restaurants nearby!
