Bonne situation
Appartement de bonne taille avec un bel extérieur ce qui est un atout par rapport à ce qu’il se fait dans la région. Il est situé proche de tout même à pied (grande surface, piscine municipale, piste cyclable). Le complexe Malibu village dans lequel est l’appartement est au coeur de tous les axes pour se rendre à Canet, Perpignan, st Cyprien, Argelès etc…pour profiter d’un séjour agréable et varié. Malibu est un endroit assez calme et verdoyant Bref tout est réuni pour de bonnes vacances.

Vaste 2 pièces bien agencé, lumineux, disposant d'une grande terrasse et situé idéalement pour rayonner sur la région. Parking commun, réservé à la copropriété au pied de l'immeuble. Bonne literie, wc indépendant et robinetterie de bonne facture. Le + : machine à laver (un insignifiant détail : manque quelques pinces à linge!) Très bonne réception Wifi. Résidence sans nuisances sonores car occupée en majorité par résidents à l'année.

Super séjour dans cette ville L'appartement très fonctionnel Grace aux nombreux équipements (machine à lavée le linge, cafetière, climatisation...) Pas très bruyant car un peu éloigné de la piscine. Passe parking bord de mer très pratique.

Ich hatte großes Glück mit dieser Wohnung und ihrem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Sie ist groß genug für 3 Personen, eventuell auch für 4, wenn kleine Kinder auf dem Klappsofa schlafen. Es ist sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden ...wie z.b Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Fön, Toaster und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Da ich mit dem Flugzeug bis Perpignan flog, war mir die Busverbindung wichtig. Es ist gut, vor 19 Uhr anzukommen, weil man sonst keine Verbindung mehr hat. Geschäfte, Strand Altstadt und Hafen sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Den Pool habe ich nicht genutzt, da er immer für 1 Woche gebucht werden muss und ich meist unterwegs war. Mir gefällt die Region sehr gut und ich kam auch mit Rollator sehr gut zurecht. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sehr gern wieder. Danke dem Vermieter für seine sehr entgegenkommende Art
