The Space:
Welcome to Burton in Spain, renovated in December 2023, this HOLT home strives to set itself apart from the usual, boring “beach retreat.” With bold colors, fun, and slightly avant-garde accents, it welcomes and encourages you to take a walk on the wild side.
Take your breakfast on one terrace as the sunrise over the city. Retire to the terrace on the other side of the apartment for evenings, watching the sun go down over a cloudless Mediterranean Sea.
Air conditioning, Smart TVs with countless entertainment options, high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. The apartment can host up to 6 guests comfortably with its 2 queen-sized bedrooms, and a super comfy sofa that converts easily into a double bed for additional guests.
HOLT guests can fully enjoy Gran Canet Residencial’s significant facilities, which include:
• Rooftop terrace with an infinity pool and incredible panoramic view, open all year (Hours: 10:00 AM — 11:00 PM)

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood:
Canet D’En Berenguer offers more than 300 days of sunshine a year and more than 10 kilometers of wide beaches with dunes, crystal-clear waters and fine sand, named the best beach in Spain for the second year in a row.
Playa de Canet is the main beach and is known for its cleanliness and family-friendly atmosphere. Our apartment building is located within walking distance to Playa Canet and boasts stunning views of the ocean. You will find lots of restaurants, popular bars, and stores nearby.
The center of Valencia is just a convenient drive away. In this bustling metropolis, you can immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage, explore historic landmarks, dine at world-class restaurants, and enjoy a vibrant nightlife scene. Getting Around:
This property has one dedicated parking spot in the building garage, for those with cars. The center of Valencia is a 40 minute drive away from Gran Canet. There are bike rental companies nearby, as well as taxis available.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.
If you are booking for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance with details of your use of the property as terms and pricing may vary.
This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check-out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage. Guests not disclosing they are bringing a pet but caught by our team will be subject to a €500 fee.
Spa facilities: To use the spa, jacuzzi, and sauna, HOLT needs a request in advance from guests to reserve a space in the facilities.
We provide pool towels for your reservation. Please note that there is a €100 fee in case of a lost towel.
Interaction with Guests:
HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, text, and email 24/7. Our on-the-ground managers, cleaners, and handymen are available at reasonable hours of the day and night. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
