New apartment, strictly residential neighborhood, very green, 5 minutes from the center of Canela, all paved, a bedroom, a combined kitchen and dining room, living room, a bathroom and laundry area, covered garage with remote controlled gate. Splits, hot water / heater in the shower and all taps, including the tank, full kitchen with all accessories, Plasma TV, Blu-ray and satellite. Sleeps four comfortably with the possibility of six (there are two sofa beds in the room that accommodates a couple plus two children). There are supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, coffee shops and restaurants right next to the apartment. Small building, recently built with easy access, covered garage with remote control, does not need an elevator. privileged place for tranquility, very green, located in an upper part of the city, even in summer it is very pleasant, in winter it is obviously very cold but the splits are powerful and invert, which allows greater comfort. There are good Uruguayan blankets to keep warm without the weight of many covers. The apartment has a soft and very contemporary decor, privileging the comfort and well-being of our guests. You can trust, it will be a unique and very pleasant experience. Pet pets of any kind or size are not accepted, nor are smokers.
