Lixo de hotel, muito ruim

Horrivel, quarto com filtro do ar condicionado muito sujo, quarto apertado, tinha uma pilastra dentro do box que toda hora era uma cotovelada nela, hotel lotado e só 1 elevador funcionando, esperei mais de 10 minutos para acessar o restaurante para tomar café. Me cobraram 130 reais de estacionamento, sendo que o estacionamento é do hotel, um absurdo cobrar para estacionar no hotel se ja estou pagando a diária. Toda hora que chegava a recepção tinha alguem do hotel querendo te levar para assistir uma palestra e te empurrar a venda de um empreendimento que estão construindo. Unicos pontos sao o pessoal da recepção que é fantastica e a localização, de resto nota zero.

Sinceramente fiquei surpreso com o hotel. Ao chegar, ele parece pequeno e estreito, mas o atendimento foi excelente, os quartos ótimos, bem limpos. As camas eram queen, não king, mas ok. O café da manhã foi muito bom. O hotel estava lotado e a reposição e limpeza das mesas impecável. Pena que algumas frutas não estavam maduras, mas faz parte. De resto, tudo muito bom. Recomendo demais.

Boa opção em Gramado, poderia ser melhor.

Acomodações confortáveis, quartos e instalações em bom estado. Muito boa limpeza. Peca pelo café da manhã que poderia ser bem melhor, especialmente ao comparar com outros hotéis da mesma rede. Sucos e café ruins (isso não é difícil de a acertar!). Outros itens (ovos por exemplo) poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Processo na recepção demorado, mesmo fora de horário de pico para checkin ou checkout. Em resumo, uma boa opção, ótimo custo benefício.
