"We stayed at the cabin and hunted the nearby public land. The cabin is in the country but a short drive to Nunda for groceries, gas etc. and in a great location for accessing various state forests/parks. The cabin itself is very nice, modern and well stocked with everything we needed including fun games and a fire pit. The dirt roads near the cabin are very quiet and nice for walks or runs. Peggy was great to communicate with, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Quiet, only nature sounds when on trails and near house. Pretty private, beautiful scenery, hiking & fishing. Stargazing is incredible here, LOOK UP! My girlfriend and I stayed at David’s cottage to unplug and unwind for our anniversary. While we found ourselves using the tv as Penn state disappointed us against OSU, that was the only disappointment during the wonderful weekend we had. The immediate back yard had a great view of the hillside. The house was well stocked for our long weekend, David is pretty thoughtful as a host! Great kitchen and nice grill set up with lots of prep space. Our only heads up for booking: ticks! Bring a pet safe tick kill spray and a fine comb (cheap, effective) or Walmart had many in Olean (15 min away). 100/10 will check to come back during ski season "

"We have a thing for staying in tiny motels off the beaten path, so the Oakes Oramel Inn was perfect for us when we visited the area! The accommodations were quite pleasant with some fresh updates. Our room was well-appointed and included a microwave, mini fridge, table and chairs, large dresser with mirror, queen bed, and nightstand. A basket of complimentary snacks and bottled water awaited us on our table upon arrival. Towels were refreshed daily, and the shower was hot (with great water pressure, too). Checkin and checkout were completely painless. Twas a perfectly enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone passing through!"
