"We were a family of 4 with 2 boys aged 9 and 11. The restaurant staff went out of their way to cater to the foods the boys liked(both have very different tastes). We lost some swimming trunks at the pool. The pool manager found them and they were returned to us the next day. The room had a wonderful view to the ocean and a balcony where we could relax while watching the waves. Ultimately it was the staff that made this place so lovely. "

"We've walked past the Sonesta Inn snd always wanted to stay there - now we have and it was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. It was better than many we've stayed in but our bathroom could do with a bit of improvement- a tiny bit of dsmp mould (where it doesn't really matter anyway), poor quality toiletries (no haid conditioner, and you do need it there) and no spare toothbrush toothpase, comb etc. Very comfortable bedchairs and big...

"Taj experience, excellent everytime. Staff was great, polite and helpful. Rooms are small/ stuffed. Breakfast is really nice. Dinner buffet is limited, i think since a lot of people choose to eat outside due to so many options in Goa. Again super services by the staff. Bar at the pool is a good add on. Private beach is also really good. Their food is really good especially at the Banyan tree Thai restaurant), the staff again excellent. Highly recommended."

"Great stay for a week in Goa. Arrived early, room wasn't ready (which was understandable!), returned after a walk & luggage was in the room. Staff were more than happy to assist with any request. Breakfasts were amazing. There were a couple of power cuts during my stay that was a bit annoying. Lucky the hotel has generators that kicked in after a few seconds!"

I enojyed the short walk to the becah, the daily brunch and dinner service, the comfortable room, large pool and nearby shops in proximity to the hotel.
