Tiny House w/ Mountain View’s & Hot Tub

Come enjoy Asheville from our light & bright tiny house. Super efficient open floor plan. Kitchen area with full size refrigerator and microwave. Living area with couch, tv and electric fireplace. Queen bed in the sleeping area. Step out one of two sliding glass doors to enjoy the mountain views from the deck or gather around the firepit or soak in the hot tub Outdoor grill with burner for additional cooking needs. Pet friendly with $25 fee.

If mountain views are what you want you have found your tiny get away. Just 15 minutes to vibrant West Asheville, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville and just 5 minutes to grocery store. This house provides that get away feeling without being too far out.

Pretty simple space but very well designed with great kitchen area, relaxing living area and cozy sleeping area. High end finishes throughout. Fantastic outdoor areas including a spacious deck with dining table to relax and take in the mountain views. Fire pit area and newly added Hot Tub.

Guest rent the full tiny house... Haha! We wont try to squeeze in there with you. House has private deck and fire pit and hot tub.

We have a main cottage next door that we Airbnb as well. There are outdoor games such as cornhole, croquet and yardzee available for guests at either house that we keep at the barn.

I live just a few miles away and am accessible as needed but allow guest to enjoy the space as their own during their stay.

Pick up provisions at a grocery store 5 minutes away, with many restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to be found not much further on in downtown Asheville, and in West Asheville. Hike on local trails and explore the edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

You will want a car if you are staying at our place. That being said uber/lyft will pick up drop off to our place. So feel free to enjoy a night out.

Our tiny house does have nighbors close by. The house is perfectly situated to provide a expansive view of our property and lovely view of Pisgah mountian range. It does however sit in the side yard of our main Reeves Cove cottage and we also have a very close neighbor off to the side. The design was such that all windows/doors were placed for privacy.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors of any kind (cigarettes, vaping, marajuana). Guests who violate will be charged a $100 fee.

A short drive away from downtown Asheville, this is a perfect little getaway spot. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and it lived up to the hype. Even when there was a small issue, the owner got back to us quickly with a way to solve the issue.

Quiet Stay
This property is as advertised. The check in/out process was very easy. The furnishings were comfortable and it was extremely quiet. The surroundings are rural with horse farms and I think some goats nearby. The yard isn't private as there are some other houses in close proximity but the views are nice. We were there during an extreme cold spell and stayed toasty warm.

Needs a little TLC
Upon arrival at the tiny house I will admit we were a little shocked. Not by the size but by the overgrown weeds and grass and general malaise of the property. ( my dog wouldn't even go up the stairs). We contacted the owner and opted to stay at a relatives the first night because we were worn out from travel. The owner apologized and promised to handle personally the next day which she did and it was an improvement. The inside is tired, (smelled like bacon and cigarettes from a previous tenant) but we headed to the store and bought Febreze, candles and cleaning products to spruce it up a bit. Covered the furniture with clean sheets and vacuumed. Also it is a little warm on the hot afternoons even after keeping all curtains and blinds closed during the day so be wary, but once the sun goes down it cools off nicely. Ended up being ok but this could be a gem with a few tweaks and regular maintenance ......it is a beautiful and peaceful location (mostly) but IT IS NOT PRIVATE so be aware. Now that we've stayed and know what to expect we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Not what I expected
The property is very "open". Despite it being located in a more rural area, there were close neighbors on every side which provided no privacy. The unit has definitely been lived in and could use a refresh. The pictures are a bit misleading and don't accurately reflect the current condition. The fridge wasn't cleaned out and there were lots of random hairs and stains on the furniture, linens and towels (luckily I brought my own) that made being comfortable difficult. I did go to Target to buy some cleaning products to at least clean the place to a standard that I'm more comfortable with. Also, keep in mind that it was difficult to find because of a lack of a street sign but the owner did her best to provide detailed instructions on how to find it. So on that note, I will say the communication was A1, I just wish the unit was also.

Overall loved the property. Was thinking it’d be a bit more private but still a great location. Close to Downtown Asheville and to Biltmore. Very clean and had all the small details in order. Would definitely recommend.
