As your host Evan, I'm excited to share this picturesque haven that offers breathtaking views overlooking Asheville and the iconic Biltmore Estate. Discover why our guests love the serene oasis complete with a fully packed game room, real theater and a hot tub overlooking Asheville!

We LOVE pets so we allow up to two (2) Pets for $125/pet per stay! Our cleaning team charges us, so we're just passing through the cost to ensure pet lovers can bring their furry friends with them. NOTE: It's a county law to have pets on a leash when outside, so just a heads up if you bring your pet :)

Bathroom: Both bedrooms on this level share access to a full bathroom, equipped with shower and tub, with modern fixtures to ensure comfort and convenience for all guests.

Bedroom 4: This is a suite with a Queen bed, kitchenette with stove top, microwave and fridge/freezer, separate TV room with pull out queen bed and full bathroom with shower and bathub.

Movie Theater: A private cinema experience with 10 real deal movie theater reclining seats, full surround sound, a real old school popcorn machine and skeeball, perfect for movie nights!

Game Room: Equipped with a shuffleboard, air hockey, foos ball and two arcade games, this room promises fun and entertainment for all ages.
