Read the reviews and believe them. Food was just ok ..felt like we were eating the same thing over and over at the buffet. For the other restaurants you have to have a table before you can get food, seating was limited. Albatross required reservation Cons 1. We had an outdated room with only two working electrical outlets, none near the beds even though there was an alarm clock on the end table with no plug anywhere near. they told us they would bring us an extension cord due to limited electrical outlets...which they never did. 2.Toilet clogged daily. We contacted the front desk daily about the toilet, we requested to be moved but they told us the hotel was booked 3 We had to call twice to get toilet paper and wash clothes because they would not replace. 4. They give you two bottles of water a day and if you need more they charge. 5.The safe was not working when we arrived and it took two calls and a visit to the front desk to get it taken care of. 5. The only entertainment we saw while there was a Mariachi band. They don't have pool games or any entertainment staff. There is no music played at either pool. 6. The hot tub was cold. 7. Drinks very watered down. 8. Only given one room key regardless of how many guests. Pros: 1.Quaint hotel. Not overly crowded 2.Pools not overly crowded 3.Friendly staff Cold air conditioning 4.Beautiful view 5.Close to convenience stores 6.Delicious taco joint down the street 7.Starbucks onsite 8. American coffee 9. Very clean

There is no one speaking English. No rest areas, no amenities, Food was tasty, but limited. One lock card for 3 persons, they wanted me to pay for second one. No spots for smokers, had to go outside of the property. No hot water in the bathroom any time.

my boyfriend and i loved staying here and definitely want to come back! we arrived on my birthday and they had champagne for us to have upon arrival to our room (my bf told them something i’m not sure what exactly). the property is on the beach so we loved being able to go outside and take morning walks! definitely was confused at first on what is and is not included in the all inclusive but we slowly figured it out. the only thing that may need to be looked at is that the hot tub was usually not hot and/or warm for most of the day

I felt as if I was inconveniencing the staff. I wouldn’t go back but I did enjoy myself because it’s just a beautiful place to visit. The pool is to cold also even the hot tub was the same as the pool. The staff should make you feel more comfortable.

I was very excited to stay at this property as I have never stayed in a hotel in Cancun. Always been around Playa. The hotel was average at best. The furniture and rooms are pretty old (toilet was about to break every time you sat down). Staff’s favorite word was always no. The food at the buffet was always very poor in quality and variety. I ate chicken the three days I stayed there. Speaking with other customers, they had the same thought about the food. The only person I found very responsive and helpful was the general manager. If you complained to him, he was able to help. But you don’t want to feel like you are in the school yard telling on others. In general is not a horrible hotel BUT there is a looot of room for improvement in all areas.

The all inclusive was fairly good, but the room that we got was not stocked properly with our reservation our room came with a bottle of sparkling wine. We never received it even after talking to the manager, and he promised to send somebody with the bottle. You can hear a lot of noise from other guest and also toilet noises I would have to consider it really hard to going back.
