Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment.
Kingston Foreshore is situated on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin. Cafes, pubs and restaurants are plentiful, as are outdoor pursuits. For a morning walk, take a stroll from bridge to bridge along the lake. This apartment is so well located being so close to the Foreshore, and also close to Kingston village centre, where there is a large supermarket and more cafes and restaurants. Manuka Oval is also nearby and it is an easy bus ride into Canebrra city centre.
This apartment has 1 garage space and there is unlimited street parking on evenings and weekends. ALternatively, make use of the buses that run through Kingston regularly, to take you to where you want to go.
- Please note that there are internal stairs from the ground floor to the apartment which is on the first floor (no lift).
- It is an apartment and so is in close proximity to neighbours. One of the rooms has a permanently locked double door. On the other side is a separate townhouse.
- Street parking is available with 2hr limit during work hours. Unlimited through evenings and weekends.
- If you are staying on a Thursday night, we may ask you to pull the outdoor bins to the roadside for Friday morning weekly collection.
- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.
This apartment is strictly:
1. No parties, Zero tolerance.
2. No Smoking.
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am so as to respect the local neighbours.
