Private, centrally located, light filled unit with peaceful outlook. Walking distance to town with an array of cafes, restaurants and good ol fashioned pubs. 2 good sized bedrooms, master with king bed and ensuite. 2nd segregated bedroom has direct access to bathroom. Relax in the spa bath or enjoy a BBQ on the large balcony over looking the hills. Amazing sunrises can also be enjoyed relaxing with your morning cuppa. Basement secure parking for 2 vehicles with internal lift access to apartment.
This sub penthouse, open plan, spacious apartment is modern, light drenched and has a very private outlook and fantastic layout. It is only a fairly small apartment complex so nice and quiet and private.
Super comfortable large 3 seater lounge and comfy armchair perfect for watching your favourite show on the 55 in HD 4K Smart TV.
Dining area has direct access to balcony and BBQ with a dining table for 6 which can also be extended if required.
Large Master bedroom has King size bed with Hyatt Grand mattress, Cotton sheets, choice of pillows and electric blanket for your comfort. Also has direct access to balcony, WIR and ensuite for your convenience.
The 2nd bedroom is segregated and is directly opposite the full bathroom which has a large spa bath. Bed has cotton sheets, variety of pillows, electric blanket and large BIR.
Large private balcony has a BBQ with wok, dining/bar table for 6 with relaxing outlook to the hills beyond and outdoor lounge to relax in the sun. Easy access from either dining or lounge area.
The kitchen also enjoys the lovely outlook with plenty of space. It is well equipped including slow cooker, Espresso toria capsule coffee machine, variety of baking dishes, cake tins, blender with extra smoothie attachments, variety of condiments for your convenience. We live close by so if we have missed something we would be more than happy to try and accommodate any requests🙂
Lovely little work area with good size desk and chair. Can be moved easily to either bedroom if more privacy required.
Laundry has washing machine, dryer and clothes rack.

Return stayer. Too good not to return.
Returning back to this place was like getting home early. Max (our cat) went straight to his favourite spot and hardly moved from that point on. This apartment has a wonderful feel about it with morning sun warming the place and brightening your mood. Having space to enjoy outside on the patio / balcony as well as inside is a bonus and having the 2 carspace means you can unpack the car with ease. Any time we are near Canberra this will be our automatic accommodation choice with or without our fur baby.

Sunny apartment with amazing hosts
We felt like we were old friends with the hosts even before we got there. Tania and Daren are wonderful hosts. From the little essentials like some breakfast essentials to the pet comforter, bowls and sachet of food for our cat. The apartment is close to everything thing you need... shops and supermarkets are only a short walk away, along with restaurants, fast food, bars and clubs. A park is just across the road to walk your pet, and a river and walking track close by for those who want to enjoy wandering the suburb a little more. A golf course is only a block or two away. The bed is so comfortable. Just the right level of soft and firm, and the heating in the apartment means the Canberra cold is never noticed though given its position you get full sun first thing in the morning so can sit out on the patio and enjoy breakfast. The apartment block and carpark underneath are secure with toggle access so you're safe and sound with a secure lift to access the parking and unit level. We highly recommend staying here.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds and easy to access. Pet friendly is a plus. Nice outdoor area too. Aircon works well (used as heating).
