This large modern Kingston Foreshore 1 bedroom apartment overlooks Canberra's Lake Burley Griffin. It comes equipped with full amenities and is an easy walk to some of Canberra's best restaurants, bars, and cafes. Its proximity to the parliamentary triangle and some of the capital's major tourist attractions make it the perfect place to base yourself while you're in town.
The apartment is on the second floor of the building and is easily accessible by lift.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for dining in. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
BEDROOM
In the bedroom you'll find a queen-sized bed topped with fresh linen. Our linen is cleaned and pressed after each stay.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom has shower and toilet.
LAUNDRY
You are welcome to make use of the washing machine and dryer.
BALCONY
Make use of the spacious balcony to enjoy the views over Lake Burley Griffin.

Note that common building areas may be closed without prior notice. Please refer to the updated guidelines and announcements in the premises at the time of your arrival.
PARKING:
The parking garage can fit up to 1 car.
The property has 2 Sanyo smart TV and both has access to all local channels. We don't provide HDMI cable however, you can bring your own if you wish to connect your laptop with the TV.
There is a key-safe for self check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
If you come on a Sunday, don’t miss the nearby renowned Bus Depot Markets and keep an eye out for the two pop-up bars you sometimes see as you stroll around the lake.
You can even hire a GoBoat and enjoy Canberra from the water. They go from a pier right next to the building! Or for a more sedate experience on the water, the MV Southern Cross offers daily sightseeing cruises that leave from the foreshore at 10am.
The local area also has two convenience stores, hairdressers, beauticians, florists and a bottle shop. And if you feel like wandering further afield, you can go to Kingston or Manuka Shops or the Jerrabomberra Wetlands. Don’t forget your camera!
Kingston Foreshore is a well established neighbourhood in Canberra. What makes the Foreshore so unique is the variety of great cafes, restaurants and bars right by the water.
Watching the sunrise at one of the many restaurants on the Foreshore will make your stay that much more special! Experience the luxury of waterside living where the city meets the lake in this executive style apartment. It's set within an easy stroll of the famed Kingston and Manuka shops, restaurants as well as the Kingston Foreshore. Parks nearby include Norgrove Park, Bowen Park and Telopea Park.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
Work Notice from Strata (These works are all weather permitting):
- Throughout January and February, units will be receiving work on their balcony, this may create some noise or disruption.
- External and Internal Abstract Painting will be on site at Bridgepoint beginning on Mid-January
- Please be advised that there will be construction noise due to unit specific renovation works that will start on 3rd March 2025
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
