Welcome to your 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse located in Lumiere, Henty Street, Braddon!

You can access all the property's amenities throughout your stay. Please read our listing thoroughly to find answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

BEDROOM:
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 both have double-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
- Nespresso coffee machine

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The 2 living rooms have 55" and 32" smart televisions that you can use to access your accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. TV has access to all local channels.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.

PARKING:
The residential garage provides parking space for one car. There is also free 2HR parking on Henty Street.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

Near Haig Park, Lonsdale Street, and with the quickest journeys directly into the city by the Tram if you wish, Henty Street is a Braddon favourite.

Visit The Elk & Pea Eating House on Lonsdale Street for brunch, it's definitely worth it!

Knightsbridge Penthouse is a good place to sip on that martini.

The bus system in Canberra is one of the best in Australia. With minimal traffic on the road, buses are almost always on time. During the week buses are very frequent to most locations and even on weekends enough buses run to make getting to anywhere in Canberra easy. Braddon bus route number is 31.

Another option (and my favourite, I must say) is Uber.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.

Great location
Visited Canberra for the Floriade & found this accomodation very handy to everything. Nice & quiet. The outside back area could have been cleaner, as leaves & cobwebs were around the windows & door. But the overall accomodation was great, comfy beds & as there was 3 of us we each had our own bedroom & bathroom.
